Story:
I had procrastinated about two years about major cracks in one of my bathroom tiles - and had called multiple services to see if they could investigate foundations (nothing found), possible resealing (didn't make sense as wasn't permanent), bathroom renovation companies (way over the top in expense).

Then I thought I would check out retiling options - and called Benny as local tiler to see what he thought. From the very beginning, he was super easy, frank and easy to deal with. His advice was that I had to renovate the entire bathroom to deal with the sloppy work that I had inherited. He did explain, however, that he could work with me to avoid major designer and building manager expenses.

And so he coached me through the whole process of choosing tiles (recommending various suppliers), fixtures (recommending various suppliers), answering questions about how to order and timing to order - giving me down-to-earth advice on what I should be looking for, etc. We didn't need a designer/builder for any of those services - and we had a lot of fun thinking about new things I wanted to do - e.g. Put a large Japanese bath in (barely fit) ; thinking about how to move the laundry facilitators in European Laundy in order to make the house 2.0 bathroom instead of 1.5 - and thinking about how on earth we would do the shower door.

Such value and ease of working with Benny made me immediately get him to do the second bathroom - again, super easy.

I enjoyed also the suppliers that Benny coordinated from his end - awesome plumber, Matt from MC Plumbing Group, and also the glass door guys he brought in. High quality tradesmen that obviously respect each other says a lot.

The renovations on these two bathrooms will add significant value to my house valuation - now having a full 2.0 bathroom that look terrific!

And a trustworthy, down-to-earth and fun tiler - I'm always happy to give any references.

Benny tiled our brand new ensuite late last year. His work was exceptional. Benny was easy to deal with, punctual and responsive. We could not have asked for a better tiler and could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend.

Benny has just finished tiling our outdoor entertaining/bbq area and we are very happy with the job he has done, under very challenging conditions. Three different concrete slabs and nothing was square but this was no problem to him.
The weather has not been kind in so far as scheduling this job, however Benny worked with us to get it done. Always turned up when he said he would, or at least called when the weather looked dodgy.
Pretty sure he has the best looking apprentice in the trade and my wife insisted I mention “he’s a lovely bloke as well”.

Benny the Tiler Man. Finally a Tiler who insist's on removing all rubbish from site they even finish of your skirting tiles! Going above an beyond is what makes these guys number 1. What a guy defiantly using him again.
