I work for an environmental non-profit that setup office in the Blue Mountains November 2019. Finding a local printer in Bennett's (Govett St, bennettsprinting.com.au) has been a small blessing.

The team is friendly and easy to liaise with, and the results are always great!

They have saved me on multiple occasions with super quick turn-arounds on important print jobs (i.e. Accommodating same day/rush jobs - and in general, a two day lead time is the maximum they've ever needed. I've worked with a couple of printers before, and this is unheard of).

Bennett's is incredibly competitively priced and are passionate about their job.

Note: Bennett's printing is completely separate to the office shop on the main street with a similar name.

Worst service I’ve ever received.
For a simple scan job, I got a USB full of shortcuts instead of files, eventually a PDF too large to convert to JPEG & when I finally was able to view the files- They’d be scanned upside down so many were blank.
The staff are computer illiterate.
Don’t waste your time or money here-
Go somewhere else for scanning/printing.
