Amazing service! Sent through an email on Sunday night and had a phone call back before 9am on Monday morning and the problem was fixed at my property that same day before 2pm. Friendly staff to deal with and extremely happy with the outcome.

After we replaced our roof we added a solar water heater through Bennetts. Big mistake. The new roof sheets finished up creased and scratched. A little prevention by the workmen could have prevented that. Bennetts have never responded to our complaint. When the time comes to install another larger heater we will not be dealing with this mob.

We recently had a Sand Mound Septic System installed on our property. The staff at Bennett's have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The Council Application was completed for us, all we had to do was sign, take to council and pay our fees. Once this was done, then Bennett's liaised with Council throughout the project which allowed us to concentrate on other activities. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had the sub-surface irrigation system installed on our rural block at Bangalee near Nowra. Paul, Ralph and Matty did a superb job laying the irrigation and getting it all working properly. Matty was so good on the excavator we also asked him to do some clearing on the block. The block now looks excellent and is ready for lawn seeding. Well done Matty! He drives that excavator like a fine painter handles a delicate paintbrush. I highly recommend Bennett's Environmental for irrigation and general excavation work.

Bennetts recently installed retaining walls to our difficult sloping yard using their cement block system.
From the onset of our first meeting at their showroom, onsite then to completion we found the Bennetts team to be professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Ours was a difficult job but they embraced the challenge and we were very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend Bennetts and would employ them again without hesitation.

Dale and his team took over the regular maintenance and support of our Supertreat system when I purchased my property at Worrigee. I found the team there to be thorough and professional. The system at my home had not been maintained very well by another company, Bennetts took this over and offered a hassle free regular service and check, this kept my system compliant to the Shoalhaven City Council requirements Trust me, this is not something you want stuffed up! I would recommend them highly, their level of customer service to me and my family has been of the highest order.

Very unhappy with this company. The Supertreat system I purchased ended up costing an extra 10% because of the undisclosed environmental assessment required, that I have to get retrospectively. The project I paid for has still not been completed after 4+ months. Required paperwork has still not been completed and no-one returns my calls.
