We had a great experience purchasing our first home through Benchmark National. The whole team was professional. The process was seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent.

We had a terrible experience with Benchmark National in last September. We paid deposit and signed a contract for a lakeside house in Wattle Grove, the Sales Chris reassured us a few times that he was going to exchange contract for us. On the 16th September 2022 around 12pm, Chris called me that he was going to exchange the contract with the owner. I checked Domain at 2: 30pm, the house was sold. Chris informed us around 5pm that we did not get house. We were criticized by Chris that we should sign the contract earlier. We would not complain at all if we could take part in the game fairly. The fact was that we were not informed by Chris at all that there were somebody offering a higher price than us. We were not advised anything wisely to help us get the house. Our close neighbor heard our story so they avoid Benchmark when whey are selling their hourse at the moment, even Benchmark put a nice calendar in their mailbox.

A BIG thank you to Anna and Lucas who went above and beyond the service provided by most including working on a Sunday to show our property. A sale was completed for our unit on our first weekend exceeding our expirations. I would recommend using benchmark to anyone. THANKS again Robert and Jenny

I came from Melbourne to attend a funeral and to my surprise Benchmark national being a real estate company has a 26 seater bus which they leaned over to any family for any occasion- wedding- funeral or parties give the bus for no charge only need to keep the petrol top up to what was wend taking the bus
I have not seen and found anyone so generous to help people out with out any cost
