Not recommended at all! Poor quality of carpets! Shocking quality of service! We’ve been in contact with customer service (Melissa) for months with no success, they are ignoring our needs, misleading us and not suggesting any solution! Wish we didn’t do business with them. Stay far far away!

This is an honestly very mixed review. The choice of using an econyl carpet was appealing through Carpet Court, and the initial sales staff were very accommodating. The initial quote I received was not correct, so I had to clarify before it was resent. The invoices I received had a glitch whereby I knew the total amount, but the instalment amounts were left blank after the initial invoice.

The installers were laidback but professional, and they did a great job in installing the new carpet. Even though they left too many overcuts, so they didn’t need to pay more at the tip.

It took Carpet Court Belrose a whole 40 days to realise I didn’t have the final balance payable, so I couldn’t pay the final amount. After they said there was an error in their system they had to reissue the invoice. When I didn’t pay in that week, they threatened to go to a debt collector. This is totally over the top and unreasonable. The worst is the tone and manner of the phone calls I received.
After correcting an honest mistake through my bank they received payment and all I received was an sms.

I’m happy to discuss ways in which this could be made better in the future instead of leaving a foul lasting impression. I’d recommend a thorough review of your processes and was sounds like your accounting system. Don’t make your issues the problem of your customers, it’ll be the easiest way to lose future business. Review phone manner within staff, I wouldn’t allow my staff to speak to customers like that.

Overall the carpet looks and feels great. I’m glad I could do my bit for the environment and install a sustainable carpet. I’d highly recommend the thicker underlay to anyone considering it.

Terrible quality floor boards. Only had my living room installed 4 months ago and have had nothing but issues since then with the floor de-laminating. Large cracks and splits in the wood and carpet court just says its a manufacturing issue. The manufacturer had come over and patched 40 areas where the wood is damaged with wax.
They refuse to replace any boards even though we paid for a "quality" product. I will now have to have these repaired 2 or 3 times a year with new cracks appearing all the time.
Terrible quality, avoid at all cost

We went into Carpet Court Belrose on Saturday. We ordered vinyl for our kitchen and carpet for two bedrooms. We were in and out of the store in around 20 minutes. Renae was so helpful. We really appreciate the service she provided even though we were those pushy customers that wanted the flooring laid immediately! Good to see some great, friendly, efficient service.

Not Recommended. We are one and a half days past the deadline for the carpet to be installed.
The carpet has been partly ripped up and left that way. Their staff can't or won't deal with the issue. The removalists will be here with the furniture in three hours.

After doing my homework, I decided to go with you guys based on the 5 star reviews, i have been left totally dissapointed. The sales staff had no experience and I have been left with a massive join in the middle of my entrance.

Tim at Belrose provided excellent advice when deciding which carpet to buy resulting in us choosing a quality carpet that looks fantastic and the underlay he recommended is superb to walk on. The laying was done by an experienced professional team.

Amazing customer service, best carpets I've ever seen and far better than carpet call and carpet right combined. 5 / 5 would reccomend to anyone needing carpet

Great, honest service.
Niel was fabulous to deal with, he explained about the whole process and everything went according to plan.
The layers are true tradesmen and did an exceptional job they told me "they love working for Carpet Court as all the product they sell is quality and it's hard for them to do a good job with a lot of the cheep carpet sold today"
I love my new carpet and my house feels like a home now.

We had a great service from start to finish. Just the right quality we needed with just the right level customer service. The measurements were taken within days and a quite approved even quicker. It took just under two weeks from deciding on the carpet to measurement and install. The carpet fitters were extremely helpful, not just with the carpet but with the other flooring we had external to Carpet Court. We couldn't recommend them enough.
