I've been having some issues in my personal life and then found out that my property is going through a lot of serious issues I wasn't aware of. But once Daphne came on board, she gave me a thorough brief of the situation and has been quite diligent in following up to progress towards a resolution of the multitude of issues.

Due to the seriousness of the issues, it has dragged on a bit, but Daphne and team has been professional in their proactive follow up. Left to myself, I wouldn't know where to begin but I can now see progress and light at the end of this long tunnel through her help.

Sister Daphne is very serious and responsible. I contacted her when there were some problems with the house, and she took us up and down to run between the building management and the intermediary office without stopping. The service attitude is very good and patient. I took a notebook to record the details, everything was done in an orderly and well-arranged manner, and I smiled throughout the process without being perfunctory just because I encountered a little difficulty. I was super cautious and organized.
When things were difficult, she would chat with us about household chores to ease the atmosphere, and her mouth was very sweet hhh we just told her what problems she encountered throughout the whole process, and she took care of everything by herself without asking us to do anything.
