Ripping customers off with inflated prices of Rapid antigen tests. Buying in bulk and taking single tests out of the box and selling them without instructions. Money hungry

Issuing rapid tests without instructions is not acceptable and quite illegal!

And whilst charging $20 a test isn’t illegal it is immoral and opportunistic to say the least.

I will never buy from your pharmacy again!

A 100% price variance is immoral to say the least and nothing more than opportunistic. You are not alone. And what you are doing is not illegal I agree.

However to issue without instructions is!

The facts as I see them are I paid $40 for 2 tests which came without instructions and then was able to source 5 tests for $50 elsewhere.

I understand how capitalism works and I’ve done my best to support small businesses in every way that I and my family can over the last 2 years but this is unacceptable no matter which way you cut it!

Suggest you look for alternative suppliers then if you feel you are being overpriced

Awesome customer service, very friendly and helpful. We popped in to get the Covid Vaccine, we were in and out with a smile on our faces.

Really dissatisfied to receive a rapid test firstly without instructions and secondly at an extortionate price. I can afford but I worry for the health and safety of low income households due to this barrier. Seems completely wrong to let medical standards slip at a time when we need them most.

Covid 19 Ag Home Test. Dont waste your money. These RATs are not accurate and give false readings.

I was skeptical about these Covid 19 Ag Home Tests as they are in Korean, but the pharmacists said these are approved by the TGA, so I bought them.

Used a Covid 19 Ag Home Test.before a holiday, results were negative.
Next day felt really I'll. Tested positive on 2 different brands of RAT. Now potentially I could infect all my relatives that i holidayed with.

Day 6 of my isolation, used the Covid 19 Ag Home Test.came back negative. Also did a PCR test to ensure I get a correct result, came back positive.

Covid 19 Ag Home Test.has failed to pickup positive results on 2 occasions. Please don't waste your money on these Covid 19 Ag Home Tests.

Absolutely beautiful, caring and friendly staff! Had booster shot done here by Selma, and couldn’t be more happy with how gentle and considerate she was. Just a fantastic pharmacy, all round!

Went into the pharmacy. They are allowing customers in, not wearing their mask over their noses. When I advised they should ensure for the safety of us all, by requesting the customers wear their masks correctly as a condition of entry, it was dismissed by 2 staff members with giggles, followed by a sarcastic "Thank you ". You would think a Chemist would know better. I guess they don't have to personally worry about contracting the virus and passing it on to a vulnerable family member as I do.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now, I am always greeted with a smile, great service and professional advice when needed. I don't need to go anywhere else for my health care needs. Highly recommended!

Terrific service. I live in Brisbane and my son in Sydney, he was so sick with the flu and couldn't drive, I rang and they delivered medication to him within an hour. Thanks for your help Belmore Pharmacy
