Appreciate the team heaps at Belmont Pool Shop. I am never home when they tend to my pool, nor have I ever met them, but they are so super trustworthy and efficient, that I simply leave my side gate open and they do their thing without fuss. Thanks so much for being so easy and keeping the pool nice and fresh!

Had a problem with a Dolphin X30 pool cleaner and took it back to Belmont Pool Shop, expecting it to be sent away for days or weeks for repair. However, Mike is an authorised Dolphin repairer and was able to do it in-house. 4 hours after I dropped it in, I received a call to say it was all fixed, motor replaced, all under warranty. It was back in the pool that same afternoon working perfectly. Can't get better service than that! Thanks Mike and Sarah.

Highly recommend, I asked them to come and look at the pool and do a report before I purchased a house to make sure everything is okay they made sure the inspection and report was completed well before my cooling off period.

Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic! They recently changed the pool liner and I couldn't be more happy with the results.
They have very reasonable prices and I appreciated their honesty with work that wasn't required and removed it from the bill. Very rare to find honest tradesmen these days!
Mike's communication was also great, he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience!
I just wanted to get my pool water tested but instead had to negate bad attitudes and snide remarks. Terrible customer service skills.
I returned a year later and still receive the same experience
