21/10/22 Thay shut before they were ment too i was not happy about that not happy at all

I went to the store on my work break to send a parcel point, I have just recently moved and didn’t have sticky tape at my house, I had my parcel in the original packaging, just had to tape it up and tape send back info onto front of package I thought ah the people at the newsagency will be able to tape it up and send it off for me:) as per customer service like this at post office, always happy to lend a pen, sticky tape, or whatever it may be, always lovely customer service, and silly me I just assume this will be the case at all stores I visit:) as the world is made to spread love and happiness, help each other out, however this is not the case here. Haha! I was actually gobsmacked. I am very rarely lost for words, but on this occasion, oh wow!

I was on my work break so in somewhat of a hurry/not daudling. I waited in line, (made sure the man standing in front of me was served first) as I work in customer service and I know how to treat customers, and always treat them as my main priority/kind/friendly/helpful. A lady then came from wherever, I told her I had to send my parcel point am I able to use a little bit of sticky tape to tape it up and just tape the return note on front, oh wow! Wasn’t she shocked. Nooooo! Literally what she said; ‘you will be using my stationary’ I was not expecting this, I said oh sorry or something like that, I am usually a highly organised person, I have been working a lot! Working in retail for over 3 years non stop. Anyway, she then continued to say how ‘I have had a shocker’. Hahahaha, dealing with what I deal with in my store I was just like ok, come to my store and il show you a few things, then you will know what a shocker really is. I obviously didn’t say this (as I was literally gobsmacked at how rude she was) hahaha. I said thanks and left. She was like yeh that’s done. Absolutely shocking the customer service. Will never go to this place again! And will warn everyone I know/if they ever say going there haha! Iv lived in Belmont my whole life, thought this place was alright, but no! Stay clear guys. Not cool! Peace ️

Have been a regular early morning customer for quite some time now, staff has always been awesome.until recently. After a change in staff, I have never experienced such rudeness and incompetence in all my life. Will never set foot in this store again.

Always a pleasure to visit this agency. Friendly staff. Exceptional service. Remembers name and usual items purchased. Owners should be more than proud of their staff. Excellent. 20/10
