I am extremely impressed by the first class service. Placed an order an Friday night and was delivered Monday. Awesome service.

Terrible communication, which is why this deserves a two star rating. I purchased a Tower Fan in Nov 2022 and was informed it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the order to arrive.

Three weeks later, I called on the weekend to seek an update, only to be told they would contact me back with an update the following Monday (they never did)

A week later, I called to seek another update. They said the order was still on back log and would call me in 2 to 3 days time with an update (again, they never did).

5 weeks later, I still never received a phone call as promised.

I called today only to receive the same response and requested a refund.

Better off doing business elsewhere.

Won a Russell Hobbs Air Fryer in Betta 12 days of Christmas comp. Everyone at Betta has been so helpful and friendly. Cant wait to try it out.

I can't praise Grant and Betta Home Living highly enough. I was able to purchase and arrange delivery of a washing machine for my daughter and family within 24 hours, dealing with difficult circumstances, and know that we were all receiving the best in personal service and customer care.

Went there 4: 25pm yesterday and they were closed, despite advertising 5pm closing time. Went back today and they didn't have the item I wanted or a substitute because they don't carry the full range of Betta products. I'll have to travel an extra 5km to Big W who are also $9 cheaper.

One of the nicest people you will ever meet. The sale service experience was outstanding, and Grant went out of his way to deliver the fridge for me. I recommend you take a visit and see what a good shopping experience really is.

Bought a clothes dryer online last night and the unit was delivered a little after lunch the next day by the owner Grant Hampton himself and his friendly off sider. Excellent service from Grant & Chris, bought a fridge from these guys and they were extremely helpful from start to finish.

Had a palsonic tv bought for us by in-law for the new house as a gift, the Toronto store closed down before we set it up when we did it didn't work straight out of the box. The screen is broke you can see it's still in set up mode. Betta h/o wouldn't provide the copy of the receipt as original faded, said they would but never did.so palsonic won't honour their 3 year warranty. A thousand dollars wasted. Unbelievable. Such poor after sales service or lack of.jb hifi/Harvey would never do that. Wow still sitting there in the box never even had a channel programmed on it. Betta would be nice if you reached out. I'll try 1 more time tomorrow, will update review after that.

Worst place I have ever dealt with 2 week wait on a item to be delivered because the 1st time they sent it out with the wrong address 2nd time one week later it should be on it's way well nope it got send to the same wrong address some people dont know how they get jobs

Grant and the team have always been great to deal with. They have helped out my businesses many times over. Well worth calling in and catching the team. They will be able to help you and provide good 'old fashioned service'.

Lovely staff, great service and really competitive prices. The owner was happy to better the price on the washing machine I wanted and went out of his way to ensure prompt delivery. They even took extra time to install the machine and ensure it was all set up properly. It's definitely worth the drive to Belmont if you live in the Hunter.
