Enjoyed a beautiful lunch @ Bell's Wildflower today. We had nice young attendees serving us who are excellently trained in house. Max was outstanding - he will do well in the hospitality business. Great to see places like Bells giving young locals a go.

A beautiful hotel, boutique in every way. My husband and I spent our 21st anniversary here and I can't think of a more romantic experience. The rooms are a beautifully appointed, nestled in a beautiful garden setting. We dined in the restaurant and food was delicious and had spa treatments at Bells Day Spa. The Flannel Flower Hand Ritual is lovely. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the location is lovely, right near Bouddi National Park where you take a nature, coastal work and swim at beautiful beaches. I highly recommend Bells at Killcare.

I love visiting Bells! Had my birthday dinner here in June and it was absolutely incredible. The food was fresh, delicious and you can taste the love and care put into cooking it. The restaurant has some of the best food I’ve ever had on the central coast. Their bakery is filled with delicious pastries, cakes, pies and the most delectable focaccia and breads. I love how quiet and peaceful the location is too. I can’t wait to come back and stay at the hotel! I’ve had a spa treatment and that was fantastic.

What an amazing place to be with family. The food was put together so well, paired with a brilliant bottle of wine. The staff were so professional going above and beyond. Well done.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast they provided was simply amazing. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere offered a much-needed getaway from the stress of city life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

I have never felt the need to write a bad review but my experience at Bells bakery was disappointing and beyond an inconvenience that could have been easily resolved but the manager was on one, being both rude and unapologetic acting as if the issue was my problem or as if I should have just not bothered to get my money back. It was a simple mistake overcharging me roughly $19 for a small coffee which I went back to amend. I had a 1year old on my hip and a dog in the car after the beach and as it took quite a long time I had to pop out to check on the dog which the other staff were good about coming to the car to let me know what was going on. I would expect the manager of a business to be friendly and easily process a refund for a mistake on their end but after giving them every detail usually necessary such as the last 4 digits of my card, the receipt, time of payment etc for some reason the reader was not accepting my pin. I suggested coming back tomorrow as I was stressed out and didn't have the time. When I turned up the next day, taking time out of my day and the petrol to go back, I was again met with rudeness by the manager when I simply asked if I could be refunded in cash, now you'd expect a full refund given the trouble I went through over a small coffee that became such an inconvenience, but not even an apology was given instead she aggressively opened the till and said "just to be done with it". I am non confrontational and trusting so I took it and left, but am now leaving this review as she actually dared to give me an amount that was below what was owed. As a local I will not be back and will be encouraging people I know that frequent cafes to avoid this place. I'd suggest you review your team and learn customer service and skills of being a decent member of our community especially in trying times of the cost of living as i'm sure anyone reasonable would understand.

Attended a wedding at bells last night. Everything was spectacular. Especially the staff. Katrina (I think that was her name or maybe Katherine… sorry forgot as soon as I asked her…) was outstanding as the manager of the night. Nothing was too difficult. Ever. In fact she was always one step ahead asking if I needed this or that for my daughter. And always with a genuine smile! Thanks for making the night even better!

My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. It was a spontaneous decision and we are so glad we made.
The accommodation was more than we could have asked for.
The fire place set the mood as well as the underfloor heating on the bathroom and the deep free standing copper bath.
The staff were very attentive and caring.
Well worth the money spent.

This is our 3rd time at Bells Bakery and the service today was deplorable! The lady in the bakery charged us for sausage roll, pain au chocolat. Left it on the register and left the store and left us waiting. We didn't know if our food was ready. The sausage roll was cold and when we finally asked reception, who were watching us and other patrons, they called for a other lady who came and told us that she can chuck it on the microwave because the heater is disconnected!

There were 2 seperate customers who waited and then left because there was no service. Whilst the 2 ladies in reception (Meg) kept looking over and doing absolutely nothing. Till another customer came in and stared over at reception!

Poor service!

Great food, spectacular service in an idyllic location. The menu is varied and delicious and the wine list is extensive. The staff are friendly and very helpful when trying to decide on food or beverages. Thanks to Owen for looking after us and Nicki for the terrific wine selection. My wife and I had a most relaxing and sumptuous lunch. Thanks for looking after us.

We did the spring garden tour and loved the experience. It came with coffee and a pastry and a guided tour of the property, the compost process from the restaurant, how they grow the herbs and veggies for the restaurant and even how they keep the chickens safe from foxes with an adorable guard dog. Loved the experience.

We recently enjoyed our wedding at Bells at Killcare. It was the most magical day. The Events Operations team (Annette, Sera, Katrin) went OVER and ABOVE to support us. I am so grateful for their help and guidance through this period. Our guests commented on the food, wine and how beautiful the venue looked. I would recommend Bells at Killcare to anyone considering it for their wedding. I wish we could do it all again!

Lunch at the restaurant was sublime, service was excellent and the food amazing! Highly recommend a visit to the restaurant if you are in the area.

Nice place to stay and unwind. The service is good friendly and the accomodation is well furnished. The bed was a bit softer than what I’m used too. The breakfast was good. As it was a package with food, a little disappointed that there weren’t meat options as part of the package. You had to pay a extra. The wine list is spectacular with wines from around the world.

We had our wedding at Bells and are just so thrilled at how everything went. The venue itself is so beautiful and the staff were the most helpful, friendly and engaged people to work with. Our event manager was a superstar who left no detail unexamined. On the actual day, the service was outstanding and the whole experience was truly above what we could have hoped for. The food was delicious and the accommodation was also stunning. We would highly recommend Bells at Killcare as a wedding venue.
