Remove your case study about the Neutral Bay property. We were not happy with the work you did. You charged us approximately $70,000 in extras, that’s almost another 50% of the job. In our opinion that is your modus operandi - underquote and then charge overages. At the same time you were quoting on replacement windows. You did not meet the brief in any way and we have evidence that you were manipulating what you wanted with your suppliers and not what we asked you to quote on. Needless to say we did not continue working with you. We know others that feel the same way

Our Owners Corporation recently called quotes to have extensive structural roof repairs to be undertaken at our unit complex. After a very extensive analysis of the quotes received, the Contract was awarded to one of his preferred Contractors, Mars Industries – Prohora Group, with Bill’s Company Bellmont Façade Engineering Pty Ltd scoping out the works to be undertaken and overseeing the work from start to finish to ensure the work was properly completed. We were very impressed with the way the work was organised and completed with no complaints from any of the residents. The final report to the Owners Corporation pictorially showed that the work was completed in a tradesman like manner. We found Bill to be very professional in his dealings whilst offering very simple solutions to our complex roof problem. This is one of those businesses that don't bother to give you the time of day for whatever reason nor do they follow up after. They have staff. Perhaps just poorly represented from the first point of contact? After my fourth attempt at trying to get their business via different methods. I'm walking. I have accepted a quote from one of 3 others that took the time to have a chat and answer my emails. They could be good at their jobs but who would know.
