Belle Property Orange

Belle Property have been very professional in managing my lease agreement at the unit I have rented for the past 4 years, and I highly recommend them, if want to lease out your property.

Having recently bought a property through Belle in Jan 2023, It was an easy decision who I wanted to sell my property with 6 months later. In both cases Peter was professional from start to finish, communicated well and I feel like he always had my best interests at heart as both a buyer and Sales agent. Overall a smooth experience with great results.

Josh was really friendly and helpful, gave us first time home buyers time to understand and consider the best decision for ourselves!

The level of professionalism display and support by staff as well as attention to details are of high quality. During my vacate process, the cleaning company attempted to swindle me with a bill of over $1500 but Lynn stepped in and I paid $110 (<10%) only

Would not recommend this agency to handle your property. They will surely dissapoint, especially when they return your property. They dont do a proper end of lease clean inspection, lots of unsanitary issues and you will end up with a big job cleaning your property. Wont even assist you even if you raise concern on day 1.

Me being David Vella give all that was left behind at 3 Byng street orange I give to the knew owner to sell & or keep whatever she wishes as for the bond keep it for the new owner and tell her to rebuild the fireplace as the wind and the gaps in the fire place blow ash everywhere! Now as for the so-called new property manager I segest that the owner seek a better quality of person to take care of the property as the this new property manager is a evil lowlife dog and being a money lender I know trash when I'm dealing with it, now it can move on the evil c_nt& what I do on Twitter I can do anywhere nearly ready to start again lol to the so-called evil sly dog new property manager you can kiss my arse! UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT - DECEPTIVE, DO NOT USE!
All smiles at first & contact lessened after exchange. Had to request our own pre-settlement inspection (thank heavens we did!). After exchange the property had suffered a MAJOR water leak, requiring a full bathroom replacement, and kitchen replacement.

Neither Adam nor anyone in his PM team informed us of the damage (they had known for 6 weeks), nor assisted the tenant who they had allowed to live in a water logged apartment for over a month.

Our conveyancer requested that the vendors leave some money in Trust, as a precaution in case of any unexpected costs that the building insurance wouldn't cover (fully refundable to the vendors if there were no out of pocket expenses, so very low risk to them). Adam then phoned me and threatened that if we "didn't hurry up and settle soon, he'd sell it to someone else for more money". Absolutely appalling agent behaviour - especially when the vendor's solicitor was the one who hadn't accepted the settlement booking yet (it had been booked into PEXA by our conveyancer for weeks!)

We were so excited about our purchase, but working with Adam and team was an absolute nightmare in the end - I would never work with them again. Didn't even phone us to congratulate us when it did settle, nor send us any written confirmation of such. They clearly care more about their commission cheques than customer care or communication. Woeful service, do yourself a favour and avoid this agency.

TERRIBLE Service! Extremely poor communication from property manager. I would not rent from them again unless I was desperate!

If I could have selected 0 stars I would have. We have been ringing this company for the past week every single day and they keep telling me they will ring me back later during the day and we still haven’t heard back from them. Not even having the decency to respond is so unprofessional. I would stay clear of this company if I was you and to let you know just how bad they are this is the first time I’ve ever written a review on any website in my life. Best of luck

I have recently moved from the Goldcoast to Orange and found the process of finding rental accomodation challanging to say the least.
Without exeption other than Courtney all agents I dealt with were so overwelamed with enquiry that they seemd to forget the principle of how to treat people. Courtney was also busy but she was the only agent who took the time to have a conversation with me and qualifiy my requirements as a potential customer. It is all too easy in these busy and frantic times for people to get a bit smug with how they interact or don't with potential customers, Courtney was an ecxeption and deserves to be commended on her excellent frontline service.

Right from the start of the sale process, Peter was on top of everything. He gave a very comprehensive evaluation of the property, professional marketing campaign which resulted in a successful sale in a short time frame, for a price that slightly exceeded our expectation.
