A house in my street was up for sale so I reviewed the advertisement regarding the property and there was a statement suggesting you could ‘potentially’ purchase addItional land behind the house (crown land)
I sent a polite email to the real estate informing this may not be correct and to contact the Crown Lands’ office
I was attending the open house with one of my neighbours and gave my name which caused an uncomfortable situation as my name was recognised as the person who sent the email and I was turned away
I was interested in attending the Auction together with my neighbours but once again I was asked to leave. I asked why and the response was ‘I may cause trouble regarding the laneway’!
I had no reason to cause trouble or sabotage the Vendor’s house sale and also the ‘potential to buy additional land’ was removed from the advertisement.
The approach by the Real Estate and her assistant was unnecessary and disgraceful. The Auction took place on Public land so I did not remove myself or cause a disturbance.

What to expect when your selling
Peter and I were first time sellers and we really had no clue where to start!

We put our house on the market right after Xmas and just before we went on a 4 week holiday, there was so much happening and we had a million questions!
