We have recently had an exceptionally poor encounter with a very unprofessional team at Belle Property Mosman. When we contacted Mitchell Soineva on multiple occasions he simply did not answer calls or return them. When we inquired about making an offer on a property, we were told it was too early only to find a day later that the property had been sold. No notice, no call. When we asked to speak to the agent principal the call was not taken or returned. Arrogant, indifferent and unprofessional - buyer beware.

I very recently rented my apartment will Belle Mosman and Ben was very professional, responsive and a genuinely nice and helpful guy. He listens to concerns raised by vendors and finds solutions to get the best results for your investment. Just one day after choosing Belle we had photos taken and uploaded in an ad online, open home the following day and rented for asking price after just one open! Great result in a tough rental market. This whole process was so quick and easy which made it so effortless for us. Would recommend Ben to others.

Our parents have bought and sold from Tim over the years with great success but recently myself and partner are looking to upsize in the area and we've been extremely let down by the level of service we received from Stefon Bertram.
My partner has been dealing with him throughout the whole process we've found him to be extremely arrogant with no interest to understand exactly what we are looking for. He keeps putting in his two cents worth assuming what our situation is even though we try and tell him what we are looking for and the why's.it doesn't matter to him, 0 listening skills whatsoever. He makes a lot of assumptions without realising we are have a much larger budget than what he thinks, so often when we see him at open houses he looks down on us thinking we are there to see something we can't afford by making comments like "why stretch yourself".
This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially in a sellers market because when we do find the right home we definitely won't be selling our current home in Mosman with him or Belle.
It's extremely sad to see that Belle Mosman will be left in Stefon's hands when Tim steps down and these sentiments are very much felt the same by our parents who have been big fans of Tim over the years and attended a couple of Stefon's open houses with us.
My recommendation to anyone who is selling in the area, if you are expecting things will be the same like it's been with Tim when Stefon takes over, it's not, and I suggest you start looking at other alternatives who will treat sellers and buyers with respect when you buy and sell. We might be a young family but certainly not a struggling one to be looking at staying in the area.

Ben was absolutely seamless to work with. We could not fault his professionalism and loved his positive vibrant attitude. Ben set up clear and realistic expectations from day 1 and clearly communicated with us through the whole process. Dave Smeallie was great. He was personable, professional, efficient, and very attentive to all our requests and questions. And to his credit, he precisely executed on this plan leading to the sale of our home for a price we were happy with. Ben from Belle has been a joy to work with in the last couple of weeks. As a first time landlord we were very new to the letting process. We had been recommended to contact Belle Property agency by another Belle customer, which happened to be our friend. It was rather a big decision, which, I believe applies to all house owners! This involves very intense emotions, lack of sleep, and continuous weighing decisions all the way through the whole process! Let alone cleaning the house thoroughly twice a week! On top of that, given that the COVID took place, we were not entirely sure whether this timing would suit the house sale.

Once we were contacted by Belle Property and David visited the house, it seemed that we were going towards the selling point very quickly. There were many things to be arranged, answered and documents signed. There was a big team of Belle property people helping us getting through along this journey. Apart from a regular communication with David, we also had weekly meetings with him, which helped us to understand the market and put our expectations in place as we all had a good look at the data, related to the interest of the potential buyers' profile.

When it all came to a conclusion of selling the property, we were not only relieved but really happy with the end result, which enabled us to move closer to another property. The house we bought soon after the sale suits us much better!
