Blake has been a great communicator during the process and even where things have not been quite right there was never a shying away from a problem simply an acknowledgement that it will be resolved and knowing that it would be. Very reassuring as a renter. No hesitation in recommending Blake to any prospective renter or landlord.

Do not trust this agent. They are completely untrustworthy, dishonest and bordering on criminal. We rented 19 Olympic Bvd in Port Kembla from this agent. When we complained about the state of the place, leaking bathroom, mould, all the windows could not be opened, etc we were told the owner was knocking down the place so we were kind and didn’t push the issues. However when we moved out, suddenly the owner was not rebuilding and they basically used our bond to fix all the issues. These agents are liars, do not trust them or do business with them.

Nicole was very professional throughout the entire selling process of our unit, we knew we were in good hands from day 1. She was informative during the campaign, her attention to detail was great and most importantly she delivered us an outstanding sale price. I've already recommended Nicole to friends and family who might be selling in the future as I have no doubt she is one of the best (if not the best) agents in Wollongong.

Following my first meeting with Nicole, I decided she would be "The ONE" whom I would love to sell my home. Nicole has been so professional and lovely to communicate with at every step of the way. Nicole has a very good team behind her, especially Kathy, that made my decision to selling, styling, photography, individual showings, easy. I might add, all my dealings were whilst I was off enjoying travelling around Queensland, therefore, communication by phone, email and electronic signing. Overall, 5 stars from me.
