Karen Gudelj from Belle Property sold my house for me! Karen and her team achieved the upper limit of what I was asking which was a totally amazing result. They were quick to setup my home with the staging, photography, private and public inspections. Everything went so smoothly and Karen was super responsive. This was my first home sale and Karen's team did a fabulous job in making me feel safe and supported. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The "Karen" experience is real. Be wary when an agent feels the need to motor mouth, it's generally a cover for something. You may be wise to do your own research rather than listen to the "advice" from this "Karen" in my opinion.

Our purchase experience with Belle Property Hunter Valley was not a good one. We continually struggled to get the agent to communicate with us, regularly making promises she could never keep - we started expecting it in the end. Regularly said would call us back at a certain time and we wouldn't hear from her for 24-48hrs - some of the time I think this is because she hadn't heard word from whoever she was trying to hear from (vendor for example) but the professional and polite thing to do would be to just apologise and explain that. I have honestly never been treated so poorly by a professional. We had a difficult vendor - in the end we were due to settle on a house that didn't have a massive (safety) feature it was advertised as having which the agent did jump to our defence to try to work out and we were offered a level of compensation in the end which we were grateful for. Having said that we can't get past the poor communication and customer service. We wouldn't reccomend buying through Belle Property HV if possible but we definitely won't be selling with them if we ever wish to sell a property.

I just had the amazing pleasure of having Karen and Rania and also Chantel from Belle Property sell my home in Cessnock. I found them to take pride in everything they did from day one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone to sell or even buy through and know they will do this with you in mind all the way. They take care of every client like they are family. Buying and selling can be a stressful period in your life but these beautiful agents do everything possible to have a happy experience, they walk beside you keeping you fully informed.
