Belle Property Glebe has looked after our investment property since 2014, and we have had an impeccable experience. We highly recommend their services - our agent Monica Touma is incredibly efficient, responds to our questions straight away and is super easy to work with.

Their administrative emails are always warm, respectful and informative, whether the topic is advising of an upcoming routine inspections or works, or chasing up a alate rent payment: -P

They have a good reputation as a boutique real estate agency, attracting a high caliber of property owners and tenants. I often feel quite smug at social gatherings, when folks exchange rental horror stories I get to smile smugly and say "Oh, I don't have any of those problems! My agent Sandra is just lovely! I've been with her for years and she looks after me. "

My experience with Belle property in Glebe has made me re-assess my assumptions about what a tenant and agent relationship can be. It is so refreshing to have an agent who responds to enquiries, then follows up with action when it's possible and communication when it's not. How lucky we are that the place we have found is managed by Sandra and her team.

Belle Property Glebe has managed our rental property since 2012. They have not missed a beat in all that time and run like a well-oiled machine. We have used Belle Property for many years while overseas and have found that they provide and excellent property management. Inspections and reports are conducted regularly and sent to us via email for action. When action is required Belle Property steps up and arranges for repairs promptly. We changed to Belle quite some time ago and have been most pleased with the service they provide.

Stay away! They will make up any excuse to try take money from your bond lol like "you didn't wipe the top draw" wheni clearly did because why would the top draw be dirty and the last 3 clean? Lol scammers
