Never buy through Belle because they always, always list properties at well above the top of the appraisal range and when I say well above that means unreasonably high. It's a falling market and the properties are not selling because they don't manage the expectations of vendors well and not all buyers are stupid.

Sevil & the rental team are amazing, fantastic professional service.
