We have had a couple of terrible previous experiences with agents when selling houses, so chose Helen purely on the basis that a) Belle Property has a good reputation and b) we liked the look of Helen. Additionally, her estimate of the sale price wasn't hugely inflated like the other agents that we interviewed. The agency contract was signed on a Friday and I thought we would hit the ground running after the weekend but Helen was up and running within an hour. Her advice was invaluable and her work ethic a bonus, as we really wanted to get the property on the market as soon as possible to take advantage of a hot market. We could not have done it without Helen's suggestions on how best to present the property and her list of contacts (painters, staging companies, conveyancers etc). The property was on the market less than 2 weeks later. Helen has a phenomenal memory for detail and was intuitive in her assessment of potential buyers. She consistently emailed or phoned us with only important information and this was difficult due to it being a deceased estate, which meant some competing viewpoints of the sellers! Helen was determined we went to auction and we were very hesitant. With her support and her confidence in her market knowledge, we held our nerve, had a very short pre-auction period, went to auction and sold for a price far exceeding our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Helen and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling their property.

Stay away if you are an owner and would like your property managed properly. My property was left dirty and mouldy by previous tenants. Belle refused to do anything about it, would not claim against the bond, declaring we would lose at the tribunal anyway.
I have had to spend nearly $20k rectifying the damage caused due to the delay in which I was notified of any issues.
I tried to call Stephanie (the head of property management) three times, she refused to take my calls, and never called back.
A conditional report conducted six months prior was never sent to me. No responsibility was taken by Belle for this error. After six years of paying management fees to Belle, they have left me with a damaged dirty property with no ability to claim against the tenant. Instead the tenant was returned the full amount of her bond.
No wonder the tenant left a five star review, and I am leaving one.

I have left the same review on Belle Property Neutral Bay, as my original contract was with the Neutral Bay branch but somehow ended up in the hands of Belle Property Cammeray.

Wouldn't recommend belle property cammeray enough, I deal with Steph and she goes above and beyond. Extremely professional, prompt and great service all round. Never have had issues with Belle. 5 stars

First time dealing with this real estate and I couldn’t be more happier, I dealt with a lady named Stephanie Taylor and all I can say is WOW.
She answered every question I had, she was on time, very professional and everything she promised me was actual done on time!

We recently used David Benjafield of Belle Cammeray for the sale of our townhouse. In what is typically a stressful process, David provided clear and honest information and feedback and the sale result well exceeded our expectations. His communication was excellent and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend David for the sale of your property.

Too disgusting experience. I don’t like to give even one star. The inspection started as the landlord decided to sell the property. The agent, David, is in charge. I asked him twice in advance through text to take off his shoes when he and buyers enter the house, but he ignored it. I told him to take off his shoes directly, but he didn't. After that, he entered the house AGAIN with his shoes on, and also none of the other buyers took off their shoes. Laundry was forbidden on Thursday and Saturday inspection days because our laundry prevents buyers entry.we have only this space to hang our laundry out and one of staff told us that we can hang out our laundry there when we came here for inspection though. He didn't care about our contract at all and requested a change in inspection date within 24 hours for his Christmas party. Today he unlocked the gate and knocked on the glass front door and suddenly appeared. He asked me to let the bank valuer stay for a two minute stay to take some pictures of room. I accepted it for her as she had already come to the front of the house, but this is a completely ignored behavior in our contract. I checked my cell phone and he was just calling and texting me 5 minutes ago.he needs to contact us before 48 hours normally. Our privacy has been compromised and our contract has been ignored. He makes inconsistent excuses to protect himself. He seems unable to understand and follow the underlying contract, so he should resign and find a different job. I definitely don’t recommend this agency. He seems to make light of us.

I found it hard getting information from other agents in the area whilst looking to buy but i found the whole team at belle property neutral bay always very helpful and upfront with all the information that i required. The experience i had with belle securing my investment property was very good and i look forward to using them to buy the next one

I first met Chris Davies when he helped my rent out my apartment. Having subsequently moved into residential sales he was the obvious person to assist me with the sale of my apartment.
Chris did an outstanding job and achieved a great price. He knows the Cammeray area very well, he has a large network of contacts and he understands the process of how to present and sell property.
Chris is softly spoken and considered. He is very hard working and diligent. I was particularly impressed with the speed with which he followed up every lead multiple times.
He is a good listener which enables him to understand and address buyers concerns in a manner which makes them feel comfortable and appreciated. This helps creates interest in the property. And I always felt he was always on my side and acting in my best interests.

A very poor experience with Belle Property Cammeray from start to finish. From the beginning of our lease in Jan 2019, we had a very hard time communicating with Belle Property. No returned calls, very delayed returned emails, and when we called the front desk to get some more help, they were extremely rude. At the end of our lease in March 2021, we had the same issue - no returned calls or emails to us for weeks, with excuses over and over again. A very unpleasant experience and I would not deal with Belle Property Cammeray in the future given their lack of communication and lack of professionalism.
