Di Dixon is very rude and unprofessional. I drove 2 hours to see a property. When I got there the property had already been sold. She did not contact me by phone or message to let me know it had been sold. When I spoke with her she was very rude, would not listen/take note of what I was saying and then hung up on me. If this is how you treat your clients then I do not understand how you are still in business. And yes I had to drive another 2 hours back home without seeing a thing. And yes, I've given her the opportunity to apologies before writing this review (3 days) but nothing to date.
