We are in shock at how we were treated & would like the vendors to know they have missed out on a higher offer by being discriminated against. We made an offer on a property followed by a second offer and after numerous emails and phone calls we were chasing Gary Dale for information only to be told he sold the property to someone else without asking us for a subsequent offer. We would have submitted another offer however Gary assumed we couldn't afford & assumed we needed finance. We have never been so disappointed in mysteriously not being involved in the final negations. One can only assume as to why? Poor & unethical business practice & poor vendors who could have mad a few hundred thousand dollars more on our dream home we dearly wanted to buy!
