I had the worst experience through the hostile situation that I got into with Belle Property and their lazy and incompetent lease manager,  Vinu Sundaram.

Firstly I have asked for minor repairs at the beginning of the lease which was totally ignored as he was just rushed to sign the agreement. Then later throughout the lease he reported ongoing plumbing issues that were never attended to and when followed up his convenient and rather rude response was that it's up to the Landlord and can't do much if the Landlord is not interested in spending much.

I have been paying rent on time and have always been savvy with my payments and being diligent from my own end - however, while I was not comfortable to leave a negative review I felt I had to once I am settled in my new place ad thankfully we have been well looked after with our new real estate agent. Makes a massive difference when you do receive proper customer service.
