Belle Property

This people refuse to free my rental bond after 1 month. They keep stalling without any clear response.

As someone who has previously utilised other Belle office for Property Sales and found them to be wonderful to deal with, my recent experience with Belle Property Bondi was so horrible and unpleasant. I’m not one to normally write reviews but want to safeguard others from mistreatment and inequitable situations. I will never deal with Belle again.

Between property sales, I rented with Belle property and found Ruby and Trent nice to deal with. However at the end of my tenancy and upon vacating, I was subjected to a horrible, prolonged and drawn out saga. Upon vacating, I was sent an invoice relating to alleged fire alarm tampering that occurred 3 months prior, I was given no notification at the time or right of reply. The alleged tampering occurred mere hours after a fire alarm company had to attend the apartment block to undertake fire safety rectification work on the building, a fact in itself indicating broader issues with the building. Coupled with the fact there had been approx. 6 fire alarm testing appointments during the year and the fact the Strata Secretary (also an owner in the building) advised me there were serious issues with the fire alarm system requiring future upgrading/replacement. Without any evidence expect for relying on a fault alert via a known problematic and/or faulty system, I was held liable, despite never touching the alarm. Despite these extenuating and aggravating circumstances, no protection was afforded to me as a tenant via Belle Bondi Junction and common sense did not prevail.

Even after the matter was “resolved”, they sent an email on Christmas Day demanding payment from this already resolved matter. Whether autogenerated or not, this is clearly disorganised and incompetent. I would be mortified to know tenants of mine had been treated like this. Protect yourself and safeguard yourself - avoid.

From the word go i had Edward and his bright, positive and highly competent team putting their all into getting my property sold in what was a tepid market. And as promised, he got me, within 2 weeks the best price, with both myself and my purchaser happy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout the whole process. Edward Brown and his team at Belle property are exceptional. Selling a property is stressful and they made the entire sales process seamless, with no detail overlooked. Despite a challenging market, Edward delivered an excellent result and look forward to using Edward and his team again in the future.

We have attempted to engage with these agents for over a month regarding a gas leak and offensive noise from a neighbouring property hot water pump, but our concerns have been ignored. This has left us not only distressed but our health continues to be at risk. I have found the agent to be dismissive of our safety and other concerns. Not only do I think this is professionally unacceptable, on a personal level it feels like serious disrespect. I can’t understand how anyone, let alone a property agent, can ignore a legitimate concern about a gas leak and unlawful offensive noise and still sleep at night knowing the distress and safety risks being perpetuated by their inaction.

I’ve always managed my own rental properties so as you can imagine I was a little hesitant signing on with an agent. We chose Luke Overs and Belle Property Management and we chose very well. Luke was fantastic, a clear communicator and achieved a great outcome for us. I could not recommend him more highly. Thank you Luke.

It's been so nice dealing with the team at Belle Property, Bondi Junction. Kathleen in particular has been excellent to communicate with, as she is always prompt and polite. She has made sure I am comfortable and looked after in the property I am renting, bridging the gap between myself and the owner.

Belle took over the management of our last apartment and the process was seamless. Communication was always polite and timely. They were really accommodating when we had to push back our vacate date too. Charlie Lian Was the only team member I dealt with in person and he was a legend. Really friendly and helpful.

The service from the start was 5 stars and whenever I had questions or requests they responded in a timely manner. Special thanks to Kathleen Hershon who was responsible for this property. She always acted in a friendly professional manner and always went the extra mile to make my move in and out as smooth as possible.
