We've discovered that they have not raised the price guide of a currently advertised property that a colleague made a genuine offer for - at 200K above the advertised price, weeks ago. That's flatout contravening NSW fair trading laws. Pretty outrageous to see such blatantly unethical and flatout illegal activity.

We found Helen to be very proactive, knowledgeable, transparent, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. We were really impressed with her in-depth knowledge of the lower North Shore area and what's on the market / coming up yet to be listed.
