Working with Rob and Deb at Belle Property Manly was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We felt safe in their expert hands as they handled the sale of our family home, which held special memories for us. Rob kept us so well informed the whole way through the campaign and worked hard to get the best result for us that he could. Both he and Deb went above and beyond for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future if and when the time comes.

I wanted to share how happy we have been with Laura Jackson managing our rental property. She has gone over and beyond with every request I have thrown at her. I have thrown so many requests at her, her head must spin sometimes. For example, I wanted a remote control garage, but with the motor in a particular spot, and she contacted at least 8 companies before we settled on one. We have been indecisive about things, and she has given good advice and offered great solutions and she has always worked in my best interests. Some advice she has given me has been particularly clever where I hand't thought of specific solutions. Laura is also highly responsive when I contact her, and if she is busy, I get a quick text saying when she is free. I am very happy with how Laura is managing my property.

He handled the final stages in the purchase process on my behalf. He wasn’t benefiting financially from this but stepped in on my request as I would have been out of my depth in such a situation.

Finally, it’s about trust & having someone who is truly empathetic to these major life decisions.

Im now settled in my new apartment & happy.

Monique is amazing! Great communication, passionate about her job and genuinely cared about finding us the perfect rental.

The tenants (2 adults and 1 child) at 108/1-9 Meagher Street Chippendale constantly speak and scream loudly every day. They stay at that small studio of 16 square meters all day. Will their 4-year-old child be short in future due to lack of exercise? Why their agent Belle Property Glebe rents that small studio to a family with loud voice?

Currently heading into my second lease with Belle Manly and couldn't be happier. Originally rented through Rachael Wright who was an absolute star, and now extremely excited to be renting through Ben Von Sperl and Monqiue Romeo. Both have been extremely responsive, warm, accomodating and knowledgeable. Can't believe how lucky my partner and I are to have a first-class home and such incredible agents.
