Thank you so much to Daniel and the team at belle property. This was the first house I have sold, which was my parent’s house that had been lived in for 50 years and wasn't well maintained. Daniel walked me through everything step by step and provided very clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daniel also provided local contacts for contractors to complete any works that needed to be done to bring the house up to sale standard, which took the stress out of the process. This included but not limited to, painters, pressure cleaner, landscaper, cleaner etc. Daniel was very professional, efficient and always contactable. The whole process from start to finish went flawlessly including the sales price estimate and final auction price, which when for $100,000.00 above reserve. I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking to sell a house.

Fabulous experience purchasing our new property with Daniel, Mary-Ann & Jordan. All the necessary property information was at our fingertips (building report, contract etc), prompt response on our queries. It was seamless!

Rose was our property agent when we were renting a unit in Waitara. She was clear in her communications with me. She coordinated with the owners and got the information from them as needed. She did regular inspections of the property and kept us informed about messages from Strata. Finally when the lease ended, she was prompt with the end of the lease inspection and promptly refunded the rental bond fully!

Jordan Penny has been remarkable in helping me selling my apartment! He is very professional, responsive, supportive and helpful. He provided me with market overview and good insight, as well as sensible suggestions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their property!
