I have never worked with this company and have had very little interaction with them so perhaps my one experience with them was just a one off mistake on their account, but distressing all the same. I applied for a property they were listed with. The agent was kind and informative and, given the current climate, rather patient considering he was not allowed to follow me into the property or give me details room to room as is traditional. I had my application ready for him, printed, filled out and signed on the day, and gave it in physical form following my inspection. The agent promised I would receive a call within a few days to tell me the result of my application, regardless of pass or fail. I was quite excited and left the inspection feeling satisfied (thus the one star). However, I never received ANY further communication from the company. They did not respond to my emails and my phone calls were left unanswered. Honestly, I am partly convinced my application was never filed and most likely lost due to disorganisation and lack of professionalism. The only reason I found out my application was not successful was because I happen to live close to the property I applied for, and noticed the 'leased' sticker on the sign out front on my morning walk. It was a rather distressing moment. I was not upset over not getting the house, as that's just a part of life and something I can take in stride. I was upset as I know if I had not seen that sign I would still be waiting for that call. I felt rather embarrassed and, frankly, horrified at the sheer lack of professionalism. I just hope this review allows them to move forward with a more rounded perspective and understanding of client expectations.)

Honestly fantastic service! Pete has absolutely incredible knowledge about Newcastle and how to best grow my property portfolio. Thank you Bellcorp and I'm sure to be back for my next property purchase!
