Bel & Brio

I’m in QT at the Marriott and didn’t fancy tonight’s offering so turned to Bel&Brio. The crab pasta was absolutely delicious. Arrived quickly and still warm despite having to be brought up by reception. No problems getting it delivered to my hotel room. Definitely recommend.

Warm atmosphere, even from the outside and grabbing take away. The pizzas are delicious, fresh, and moreish. The only downside is that they're filling too

Hello to all guys I wish you never to go to eat and work at the restaurant bel & Brio, a shameful company where it has never paid superannuation to anyone, for years, I hope this thing will not happen to you too, and be careful not to be fooled by these useless people including Italians who guide the ministative part.

Food was fine but didn't feel welcome at all! The lady that wanted to find a seat for 4 of us was cold and reluctant! She did pour the water all over table when she was filing our glasses without paying attention to us and 100% was not happy with what she was doing!

I had my birthday on the 7th of June in Bel&Brio. When I arrived, the host lady was very rude no greeting or smile just giving annoyed face while asking us to check in and my friend saw her smiling only to the single male customer behind us and back to annoyed face while guiding us to our table. And during the service there was another female waiter was very unprofessional when serving us. She spilled water while serving my friend and no smile as well. She also was very rude towards my friend who mistaken her, for her friend. There is no need for hostile reaction for a mistake, but that is what she is showing towards my friend. There was a male waiter who help our main waiter when serving food keep bumping to my friend without saying excuse me just keep saying behind. The only one that was nice during our dinner was our main waiter and the food.

We just have drink and snack here but the ambience is everythings and food is really good! The price also cheaper beside the place is so cozy.worth the money.the minus just the girl with ponytail the waitress was not friendly.but grazie giorgio for your hospitality defo gonna coming back again for dinner.

To start the service was ordinary at best. I would not bother going unless in business attire. The ham and cheese croissant could have used more cheese. The brioche bun had too much sauce, the egg was overcooked and there was only one slice of bacon. However the chai latte was really nice

Great service and even better food. We went back two days in a row because of how great the pizza was. Excellent atmosphere as well

Great ambience. Professional staff, particularly the 3 guys behind the bar. Tried a pizza, absolutely no problems. Worth a revist.

Best French toast ever! I can’t stop thinking about it even after I’m back in Singapore This paired with flat white equals perfect breakfast ever. The fruit toppings were sweet and fresh and the syrup was delicious, not overly sweet. They have outdoor seating which was nice to enjoy a good breakfast with the crisp morning weather.

The service is very unprofessional they left us waiting for a waiter to come see us after we told them several times then we need the waiter to serve us all of the waiters did not look our way im very hurt and upset for this treatment is it cause I'm wearing a scarf no one wants to serve us even though the food is great but doesn't compliment the service and the way we were treated I would not recommend anyone to come here

Amazing food, friendly service and a very nice atmosphere! We ate at a lot of different restaurants in our time in Sydney, we are definitely looking forward to returning here on our next visit

I was walking by, and popped in to take a look at this restaurant. Was shown the fine dining area, which was incredibly romantic, so I promptly made a reservation the same night for dinner! Alas, the actual dinner experience was disappointing. Our senior server, who had a jacket on, was extremely pushy, giving us little time to review the menu, rushing though the daily specials without mentioning the pricing, and came across as rude in his desire to push his choice of wines upon us. The dinner experience was spoilt for us right there and then. Thankfully, a junior server who had a vest on, was professional and a pleasure to deal with, was the one who ended up taking our orders. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Our first time here, and our last time as well. Not recommended.

What an amazing experience. I requested to be seated next to my partner and they did it. Its really noisy in this restaurant so ideally i want to sit as close as possible to my companion and hear what they are saying. I am extremely picky but know when a restaurant deserves 5 stars! I enjoyed the ragu pasta, it was cooked to perfecfion! I love pizza but im lactose and dont eat cured meat. They have mostly cheese and ham options. So I ordered a vegetarian option with less cheese. I ordered the egg plant pizza and it was moderately good but for a typical italian pizza it was too thin for my liking. Now that is just my personal preference. I have been to Italy and found their pizza to be thin regardless. So it doesnt bother me but My partner loved it. I also ordered fries on the side in case I dont like anything. Fries were good and came with cute jar of tomato sauce.

We have dined at this establishment twice, one lunch and one dinner, staff very courteous and friendly, the only possible small criticism would be that our lunches were only warm and pasta needs to be hot, and when they returned they were still only warm, but overall a lovely experience.regards Shaun.

Been to many fine dining places, this was not a good experience at all. Wait staff were unfriendly. Food was taken from the table as people were still chewing. We felt unwelcome. The food was ok. I would not go back after this experience.

I booked a table for my son’s 21st birthday - his girlfriend’s suggestion. I made a booking for 8.30pm which was never flagged as a problem on the website or in emails that followed. As soon as we arrived I knew we had made a mistake - we were not late - as our booking time was approaching I received 2 text messages 1 minute apart asking if we were no longer coming or if we were 1 minute away. We arrived and were immediately hounded to order everything all at once. It was awful - we had to tell the waitress that we needed some time. She was incredibly impatient and then informed us that the kitchen closes at 9pm. I thought fine - we’ll get our orders in and things will calm down. Wrong - the restaurant was then packed down around us - chairs were stacked, dragged in from the outside and during our main the garbage (a massive big cart of it) was wheeled past us - trying to be disguised by a white table cloth. By this point we were all in shock and just laughed it off - but I was embarrassed, felt awkward and absolutely hate that my memory of my son’s 21st dinner is that. His girlfriend kept apologizing that it was her suggestion and of course she felt bad about how it turned out. I think the staff got the hint that they hadn’t treated us well so brought out a small cake for my son when we all declined dessert as all they wanted us to do was leave. It is such a disappointing memory on a day that is special to families - I will never return and actually can’t believe we paid for such a disappointing experience. I have no issue with you closing at 9pm but don’t let people book for 8.30pm! You need to do much much better than this. One of my worst dining experiences ever.

This place is terrible and an overpriced clip joint. I used to always go because I worked in Barangaroo and the staff were so slow and not attentive. They would take forever to put together a takeaway breakfast and had no pep in their step despite working in a prime business area. Then I would get my Vegemite and avo on toast and take it up to the office but when I’d get there on multiple occasions they’d have left off the Vegemite.it’s also overpriced. You are just paying for their Barangaroo rent.

We had a fantastic long lunch with great food and wine, the ambience is perfect for a romantic lunch with your partner. Highly recommend!
