The staff are helpful, if they don't have what you want or need in stock they will get online to help find it and order it in for you if you prefer that to buying online your self.

I live rural and they will deliver and install technical items like TVs. In areas where other stores wont.

They are happy to printout information on products so you can go away and compare all the technical stuff before buying.

Refunds or exchange of products has been ofered if the product
was not suitable as well.

I highly recomend this bus service. It is run by a very friendly team who will do everything in their power to aasist your journey to and from doing your shopping or attending to appointments and even if you wish to visit a friend at their or meeting up for friendly coffee and a bite to each or just generally just catching up with friends.

When ordering our new front loader washing machine, the lady on the phone had difficulty getting our details right. Simple things like the name and address had to be repeated over and over. She kept calling my wife 'Lovely' and the whole conversation was very frustrating.
After finally ordering and paying by card for the washer and arranging delivery in two days time we recieved a call to say that the model which had been ordered was not available and we would have to wait several weeks.
Shortly after we received another call to say that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be delivered as first arranged in two days time.
The washer was delivered and installed in a competent manner. When the delivery person left we noticed that the eMail address on the invoice was incorrect. I rang the store and was answered by the same person who had taken the original order. This time I had to repeat my name and the eMail address over and over. This time I was called 'Lovely'. We are not impressed!

Expert service and advice. Non pushy sales people, great selection and range. Good prices. Highly recommended.

A Massive shout out to especially Ely Jenking!
Hands down best OLD SCHOOL customer service I have ever experienced in a very long time. Emphases on "old school" Ely was a very young early 20s very tech savvy who had the approach of good old fashion customer service who had the time to explain everything that you asked. Ely had patience and not pushy in selling you something you did not need, massive credit to Bega Better home living who has made me and all my family, friends a life long shopper for all our future needs.

I went in prepared to buy a new laptop when all I needed was my old one wiped clean, restored on hard drive and backed up with latest software. Ely showed me even how to do this going forward.

Extremely satisfied with all the friendly staff, the pricing and definitely Ely who needs a massive congratulations.

Every thing they promise they deliver on.its easy to see why they have been voted no1 electrical retailor in 2021.they deserve it.every item we bought they price checked.
