This to scarey we were thinking about building with beechwood I think we l go elsewhere now after seeing these reviews and we live sydney so wetheril park team sound awfully Thank you for all these advise about beechwood

I agree avoid this company at all cost they are rude never answer calls or give updates post construction to long problems all the war through very poor finishes and don't come back to fix anything on list so yes stay away at all cost

Avoid wetheril park team hopeless rude liars stall every stage of build make crap excuses never call you back avoid beechwood homes at all cost its not worth the stress or headache dealing with such incompetent team once your locked into a tender they have you then the crap begins money hungry and don't care about the clients co cwrns during or after build and very very poor finishes aswell to many to go into like I said avoid beechwood

The staff were very helpful and efficient which made the process go very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Been TRYING to build a home with them for 8 months now, and all i get is excuses and blame everyone but THEMSELVES. Very dishonest company, and really sorry that i went with them.

With record low housing starts in NSW, you would think they would be better than what they are.

Why would I give my details so that I could expect a call from you when you hardly have called me in the last 8 months for updates, and you wont return any correspondence now, despite several emails. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

Started the process with beechwood years ago to build our house, they pulled out at tender and said theu arnt building in our area anymore, lucky for us we went with another builder, been in our house for 3 years now, now beechwood is building a house across the road and its been going on for a year, they cant get a bricklayer because they wont pay a bricky what the going rate is so the house has now been plastered and now continues to sit dormant
Pretty bad do yourself a favour and dont do it

There the worst builders do not build with them ever. Very poor communication and delivering poorly end finish. They don't want to know you if you if want fix after the 90 days period.i challenged the fight and took them to fair trading which was in my favour at the end it cost them double. Thanks to fair trading i gave them my hole house to fix.

Their follow up is terrible we’ve had hot water issues for nearly four years and they just keep saying we will get rheem to look at it never happens
We just paid 750 dollars to get it at least to give us some hot water but it still not right we complain on deaf ears and frankly we’ve had enough

We built our beautiful home with Beechwood almost 4 years ago. We made many changes and upgrades which Beechwood homes were able to accommodate. After construction was completed, any issues we had they were happy to come out and rectify for us. Michael and Isabella from the maintenance team have been wonderful, very professional and prompt to all our requests and the work has been finished in a timely manner. It has been such a delightful experience. Thank you Beechwood Homes.

So far were disappointed with beechwood homes, they lack communication skills and they lie and try and stall things alot, they are also very unorganized

Engaged Beechwood to build a detached dual occupancy, with custom alterations to standard designs. Although the admin and CC too longer than hoped, once on site the build was smooth and expediant. Very happy with the outcome.

My first home build so did not know what to expect. But from day one everyone at Beechwood Homes helped me with every aspect of the build.
Special thanks to Jessica who helped us through the selection process. They walked us through every step and always kept us informed of every stage we were coming too.
Our supervisor was amazing and very helpful. Always answering my questions (even the silly ones).
We were treated in a professional manner throughout the build.
We cannot recommend Beechwood Homes enough. The quality of the build and all the inclusions were amazing.

The worst experience of my life so far! They installed my water meter on the property next door and not willing to fix it. It will cost me $$$$ to get it done now. Wont respond to phone calls emails. Once they have got the final cheque they are gone! No matter you need done or any repairs or maintenance. As soon as they have gotten the money they will disappear leaving you in a limbo to handle all maintenance and repairs. DONOT Build with them!

Built a project home with Beechwood Homes and was let down in many ways. During sign off we were lied too and deceived. Had ongoing problems and ended up using a private builder to fix all of Beechwood's stuff ups. This experience has changed my mind completely about project homes and although they may be slightly cheaper the headache just isn't worth it. Find a good private builder, it's definitely worth it.

Horrible service they lie about there products & color selections like a dog's breakfast very bad stories from customers.

Sales manager has very poor communication skills lost 6 months with delays & $5.000 had to walk away from them.

Do your homework please if you consider building with them.

I'm not a disgruntled customer just telling the truth.

Please do your consultation from head office first then work your way back to sales consultant before you give them any money please trust what I'm talking about.
