Best personal service I have received from a store. I wasn't hurried and the person who served me took the time to explain and listen to my needs. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about bedding and showed me exactly what I wanted and not what had to be sold. I recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a new bed.

Stopped in at Bed's and Dreams Penrith to have a look around. Just window shopping.
Found an amazing Bedroom Suite at a fantastic price.
Michelle was very helpful with getting the right combination and arranging prompt delivery.
4 days after ordering, I was sleeping in the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years.
1 piece of furniture was missing from the initial delivery. Michelle followed up the next day apologising and we had the missing item 3 days later. All in perfect condition.
Overall a great experience.

After trying two other mattress stores I wandered into Beds N Dreams and ended up buying from them. Michelle was incredibly helpful with organising my out of area delivery as soon as possible, and the team overall were really nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the store had many quality beds. We visited the store 3 times, and the staff listened very patiently as we discussed dimensions, bed sizes and alternate options. We are very happy with our purchases.

Walked in was shown quality mattresses. We bought for a good price and even had mattress delivered directly to our car. Excellent customer service. I will be back when I require a new mattress for other beds.

I purchased a Slient Night Onyx Plush mattress and the service I received was second to none. My wife and I were given relevant information and left alone to make decisions and discuss the potential mattress purchase. Once we had made our choice the great service continued right up to and including delivery, which was on time and efficient. I recommend this store to anyone who wants a great night's sleep.
