The team at Beds n Dreams are amazing. It is a testament to their outstanding service and quality that Eddie and his team are now looking after my family and I, after first looking after my parents 25 years ago. Highly recommended. 10/10.

ALWAYS a 5 star experience when I purchase anything from beds n dreams Bankstown. I live up the coast, and still only use beds n dreams (bankstown specifically) to buy my mattress. Everyone there is absolutely amazing! Eddie honestly has picked the best seletctions of mattresses at his store. My latest purchase was the hypnos and it is seriously the best thing ive slept on in my life.

Worst place ever purchased a mattress and was told the mattress will become soft after 2 weeks it's been months now and the mattress is still the same firm. My body is always aching I paid 2000 for this mattress shame on you giving very bad advice just to sell a mattress next time keep your advice to your selfs until you are asked and the worker just kept hovering around us not letting us try the mattress in peace at our own comfort putting people under pressure when people need your help they will come to you and ask. Leave people be I want another mattress

I was robbed. Products are expensive but poor quality. We bought a bed from this store. The underneath drawers come out automatically of and on from both sides. The bed was pretty expensive and still has its warranty. But when we went to the store and asked them if they can send someone to fix that then the guy from the store told us that he can send some one but if that repair man thinks it is the problem of our timber floor and not the bed then he will charge us $200 just for his to visit my home. My question is why should I pay $200 even if he didn’t fix the problem! This absolutely cheating.

Got my main room and kids room from here, very helpful and polite. Made sure we got what we wanted very well priced

Worst customer service! We were told upon purchase worst case scenario we would be receiving our suite in 4-6 weeks

It took 6 months for us to get our complete bedroom suite.

They never gave us follow up phone calls to advise of anything, we were constantly calling to find out what was going on.

The woman at the store is so rude! I will gladly travel to another store next time to ensure I don't have to deal with these people again.

Do yourself a favour & avoid this place.

Many similar shops in the area but only this shop that impressed me and my wife with many good products and models to choose. Customer service was excellent and I decided to purchase bed frame and mattress with good discount. Items also delivered as promised. Will definitely come back for any future furniture needs.

If you want your back and your bank account to break just go to beds n dreams in Bankstown. 3 grand for the worst mattress on earth. Customer service is horrible.

Will never recommend this place for any one. They will sell but will not entertain any warranty requests even if you go to them when the item is under warranty. The staff are ready to fight as soon as you ask a question. Please avoid this store and you will be happy.
