The Becks workforce is a very professional agency. They found a job suitable for my profession in a short period of time. I am very grateful to know this company.

I had a very bad experience with this company, especially with Tony. He has a disgusting way of treating people and tends to make a lot of promises about sponsorship and salary raises that do not end up coming true. On the positive side: they do pay on time rigorously.

I have worked with them, and I lost my job because the company told me that they were not busy at the moment. Becks has other jobs they are advertising online, and I keep asking them to offer me any of these jobs just like any other agency will place you in other jobs because you lost the previous one, but they keep lying to me and saying they will talk to them and get back to me, but they never do. Up until today, nobody has ever gotten back to me. It's better to tell the truth than to lie and play people. I find it to be extremely unprofessional. I saw they advertised that same job again today, and I have the experience for that role, but if you ask for that role, they will say that they will call back, but they never do. With labour power, once you lose the job today or within a week, they do their role as a recruitment agency or job agency to place you in another job as soon as possible because you're signed with them. Becks Workforce is an extremely unprofessional agency, and they lack integrity in a lot of departments.

I’m working with this company and I’m think that they are the best. They are too timely, prudent and above all they have been attentive to everything related to our work. Especially Cristal, who always are attentive to resolve us any questions and problems.

WORSE AGENCY EVER! No communication, they don’t send your payslips unless you ask them for IT! SO LAZY! But again it is a small agency. I asked for my forms to be filled out and emailed back to me, they wouldn’t even do it and said I had to go to there office and pick it up, knowing I won’t go because it’s too far from where i stay. They also said they already sent it two times yet I received nothing I asked to reply with the document to our conversation through emailing still told me too come to the office and that they have sent it twice already! So I kept asking and finally they sent it after a week! NOT cristal but the other lady is good, and really nice. OVERALL BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE, for future purposes!
