I went into the Five Dock store today. I bought products from Kassie, I wasn’t sure in brands and what was good for me and she helped me out. I found her customer service outstanding, very knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Cassie (say's she is the manager) absolutely she gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She is RUDE and very Unpleasant. Maybe the owner needs to address the people they hire.

I went to the Five Dock store yesterday. Even though the girls were very busy because there was a sale on, one of the girls told me she’s a hairdresser and she helped me choose products for my hair. She explained how to use it and what to do. Her knowledge and experience in hair is beyond words. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU! I used the products last night and my hair feels amazing. I will definitely be back soon

The hair shampoo and conditioner I got from BW is the best I’ve had and our girls at Interschools Tennis who received the gift packs we purchased to give them for entering our Tennis tournaments loved them. The appearance and quality of all the products at BW are tops, Kerry Dock, Blast Sports

The worse service ever. The shop assistance always rude. The first time I was there I asked if she can tell me about hair care products.her answer was I can't tell you I am a nail professional don't know anything about those products. You gotta know your products or don't buy it. I was like ok aren't you working here? You should be able to help your customers with what you are selling.
She said no I get in trouble if I give you any advice.
She was rude! No smile no customer interactions.
I ended up buying products around $200.got home to check my receipt and it was charged for $28 on hair serum I didn't get. I called back she was not even apologetic for the incovinenace! Her answer was bring it back and I will refund you.
At that time I was so devastated as I don't have the time to go back not this week let alone the drive.
Today just stopped at the store and she brushed me off as I didn't have the receipt on me.for my luck I have changed my bag yesterday and yes I wasn't happy that I left it behind as I don't have the time to go back home and bring it to her. She said she can't t track it if I am not a member. Well you didn't ask me to be one to start with on the day of purchase!
And she said go quickly and get it and come back. That's exactly in her own words! ; (I said if you haven't over charged me that wouldn't happened. She said oh well human mistake we are humans.
Really is this the best you can be for all this troubles you have caused.

So Sorry to see the human you are referring to be is not dealing with people as true human.
Now I have to go home and find the receipt to claim my money.
Beauty warehouse once I get my money back, I will never ever come to your store again!
To you miserable rude person I hope that you are not the owner of this store. I feel sorry for who has employed you human buddy!
