Unforgettable experience - can’t believe I’m only just discovering this amazing & gorgeous salon! I got half head foils and I’m in awe with my hair. From the moment I walked in, the service and warmth was absolutely high level. Angela, Jury, Uni make such a fabulous team! Jury did my hair and she made sure it was perfect - thank you! I am extremely blessed! The coffee hit the spot too (made by Uni). Angela, Jury and Uni are very kind - I can’t wait to come back soon. This is my go to salon moving forward

I booked for an appointment here last month with Jury. Upon arriving they asked what I wanted to do, the style, color and presented me with options available. And even though the whole process took longer than expected (even exceeded after hours) I didn't feel rushed. They even offered coffee and snacks while treatment is being done. Overall, I was happy with the outcome plus the service I got was amazing. I would recommend going to BTS!

Had a great experience getting my haircut with Irene. The place is clean and tidy, and Irene was able to give lots of tips on my hair style and advice on dying my hair. We discussed redness on my scalp as I have sensitive skin and she went above and beyond to show me live images with a fancy gadget. Really appreciated that!

Angela and the other lovely lady (missed her name!) Were absolutely fantastic. Personally recommend the scalp therapy, just one treatment did WONDERS for my scalp. Angela really knows her stuff and is super friendly. Loved their work, I'm definitely going back!

The stylist who attended to me was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also demonstrated a passion for their craft. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions to achieve the look I desired. Strongly recommend.

Honesty. Hairstylists have to understand face shape and hair types to create looks that complement their guests' natural features. Hairstylists also have to be honest about what looks good and offer recommendations to create a style that matches each person's unique fashion sense in a way that still looks good, that’s why Angela is the best.

Scalp Treatment & Keratin

Jessie is friendly, warm and hospitable. The service here is unmatched. I was offered a drink while I waited for my appointment time after arriving early, and I was also given snacks while I waited for my hair to do its thing.

My scalp usually gets itchy and dry toward my weekly hair wash day, so I tried the scalp treatment. Jessie was informative about the products she used on my hair and guided me through every next step. The treatment included an electric scalp massager that was divine. I'd go back just to experience that again. After the treatment, my scalp felt so clean and fresh. I ended up buying the seaweed mask they sell there and it has quickly become one of my favourite products. I seriously don't go a week without using it.

My hair is extra long and looks thick because of its natural frizz. Jessie recommended their Keratin treatment for next time. Again, the experience was faultless. I had one Keratin treatment done in the past by another salon and it left a smell in my hair that I wasn't fond of. Jessie used Manux Keratin on my hair which smells much more pleasant. My hair is now so shiny, straight and soft. Although the cost was pricey, it is worth it for me as I save so much time from having to do it myself, and I don't have to worry about it reacting to the humidity.

The salon is currently my go-to and I highly recommend both treatments!

I’ve had my haircut by at BTS twice already and both times have been fantastic. The studio is well designed with a clean and modern look and is an easy 2 minute walk from the Bella Vista metro station. Jessie has a lot of experience and it shows in the quality of her haircuts. Jessie is a great hairstylist. Every time when I have a haircut, she will create different hair styles for me. Also, she gives me suggestions to make my hair looks good!

I have come back here for months after discovering beauty trends on instagram.
I have paid thousands previously on bad extensions claiming to be “ real” or “ Russian”.
Ive had 24’ inch extensions here and it’s the best I have ever had! I’ve tried every type of extension under the sun, and nothing beats quality and the length is really what you pay for!
Once you come here, you will not look elsewhere!
I’ve also had hair treatments and colour here, and the staff are super friendly and will accommodate to you every step. You will have the most comfortable experience here!
