It might be because you really believe in your staffs and they've been doing great and I was just one unlucky case, but I felt like you were just trying to find reasons to justify.

To answer your questions,
I don't want to pinpoint who the staff was that greeted me, you could just simply ask the therapist who worked on me and she'll tell you. There was only one another girl when I first went in. I could only remember she was caucasian.

The first wax bit that I found on my skin was literally on the side of the bikini line so I found it straight away as I sat up and looked down.
They were too obvious to not have been spotted even without the flashlight. That's when I felt like I'd been ripped off.
I assume the other bits came from the inside of my lips and I don't even know how they'd ended up there since I didn't experience anything like this from my previous waxing at a different shop. The bits weren't large and I just found them when I wiped myself later during the day; I didn't pick on anything. And no, I can assure you they weren't rubbed on from the seat or sth because I checked and wiped right after the treatment just to see if it's done worse down there since even the front bikini part was all messy already.

I am well aware that some hairs are too short to be waxed and I also know that the therapist used the tweezers to get rid of some of them. And yes the hairs that I saw on the front were long enough to have been easily tweezed and it was a weird shaped patch so I think it's reasonable to say that she just didn't finish tweezing the whole area.
I was even more disappointed with your email because when I told my story to a friend who has had more experience, she told me that she never found any bits or short hairs left unattended after the treatment. When I also compare this time to my previous treatment, it's definitely an unprofessional disaster.
Lastly, concerning the refund, I don't live in the city and that day I specifically came all the way out just to get the treatment. So I feel so unnecessary and inconvenient to come back to the shop just for the sake of the refund. I do not need an apology from her. I don't even want to run into the therapist on the street.

Above all, I never exaggerated anything about my experience.
I just hope no one else goes through the same stuff.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices considering its city location and great opening hours. Your experience can differ depending on which staff member you get but most have been friendly and very professional. Appointments are easy and very convenient to book online. I also love that they offer packages to help reduce the cost of regular bookings.

I love the Glow Facial here! Mika is my favourite and she gives the best massages. She is super considerate (she stayed with me during my first Omnilux treatment because it was so uncomfortable, to keep me distracted from the bright light) and truly cares about your skin. Thank you Mika!

I was more disappointed with your email because I talked to a friend about my experience and she said there's no way I should've received such poor treatment. She also never received any wax treatment where she found wax bits on the body and the short hairs left unattended. When I compare to my previous treatment, it was definitely a complete nightmare.

It was $100 for deluxe pedi with shellac. It didn’t feel very deluxe honestly. The foot massage that came with deluxe package didn’t feel very good. The care of the cuticles was good and it looks great. I just wouldn’t go for deluxe again.

The place was pretty clean and easy to find. Staffs were really nice and easy to talk to. I came in for a manicure, she did a really good job cleaning my nails, however I wasn’t too happy with the paint job. I felt like she was rushing which made the results imperfect, she could of done better if she took her time.

Always had my sessions with Yasmin. She’s professional and caring. Very satisfied with her work, because of her great skill, I am no longer scared of waxing. Highly recommend!

Mika is the best esthetician that I have ever had. I would highly recommend her. The only thing that I regret was not booking her for my pedicure. I had my pedicure done by another esthetician and honestly I was not happy. Her work was very sloppy to say the least. I usually I don’t like complaining. Therefore, I didn’t bother telling her how unhappy I was with her work. Also, tomorrow is her last day at beauty spa.

I always go and see mika and flora for my facial treatment they have the best treatment in Sydney! My skin is smiling and always looks fantastic thanks to these ladies!
