Jess and Cass were very professional, friendly and helpful. My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time. One of her earrings fell off after 3 days because of her thicker ear lobe. Jess was so kind and lovely that she helped my daughter insert the earring again without any fuss. Thank you ladies.

Jess is the best beauty therapist that there is! I have been going to her for eyebrow wax, tint, tans and lash lifts for years now and she never disappoints. I would highly recommend beauty at the towers for all your beauty needs.

The gals are not prefessional at all. I did the booking for my facial 3 weeks before and they said its confirmed and then when i show up for appointment they had some confusion and said cant do my facial as they cant see the booking. How pathetic that i took day off for my personal care and didnt get anything done just because of their mistake. Didnt like the service at all

Imogen is the best here for your brows, I’ve been to many places and paid a lot more just to be dissatisfied with the service. Imogen never disappoints!

DO NOT get your daughters ears pierced here. The experience I had was absolutely horrific. I will not EVER return to this salon. The staff and the owner of the business are an absolute disgrace. My sister in law booked for my 11 month old daughters ears to be pierced, I held my daughter while my husband distracted her, we filmed the whole thing she did not move and somehow one of the girls, Jordyn, caught the side of her face with the gun as she pierced her ear, I will never forget the scream & cry that I heard it was like nothing I’d ever heard before (not even during immunisations) as I was breastfeeding my daughter to comfort her, Jordyn came in saying that som etimes this happens, it’s because your daughter moved, I said I’m not paying she said oh well I have to check with my boss. My mother in law took my son out of the room and as she was comforting him she looked behind the counter to see Jordyn laughing! The girl who did the other side, Cass, came in and said of course you’re not paying for anything apologised profusely and asked if there was anything else she could do to help, the went through the aftercare and was genuinely caring and for that I am grateful. My sister in law called the owner, Samira, as she used to work for her at Castle Hill and she was extremely apologetic and said she would have her call me to apologise, she also said you can clearly see in the video that she was not concentrating. When Jordyn called to apologise she was sarcastic and not genuine, you could tell it was forced and she also said that she never blamed my daughter and takes full responsibility, she also denied saying that we may still have to pay. She was supposed to be apologising and instead took no responsibility for her actions saying it happens sometimes. This was not on the consent form and I was told it should not have happened by the owner. Samira then said she would have a meeting with her and that she would call to check on my daughter on the Saturday. No phone call. She sent me a text message on the following Monday to check in & told me that they will be providing more training to Jordyn. If that type of behaviour is allowed in their salon then obviously they have low standards for their therapists & no regard for the safety of their clients nor do they take complaints seriously. This is supposed to be a memorable moment and I can honestly say I will never forget it for all the wrong reasons.

Have been going to Beauty at the Towers for Years - the staff are always amazing and professional and offer great advice when needed. If you want someone who is super caring and detailed with eyebrows, I highly recommend Neve for sure.

I had my daughters make up done for formal, she is fair skin, the foundation used was yellow undertone, which made her look yellow. We complained about the colour we were told that it would be toned down, this was the lightest colour they had. We buy foundations to suit her skin type so they exist, just not at this beauty salon. The beauty therapist went out and bought some powder but this did little to change the fact that the foundation was the wrong colour. My daughters formal photos look terrible her yellow face stands out. The rest of the makeup was okay but having the whole face yellow on a fair skin person took away from the rest of it. I would be cautious going here for makeup if they dont have your colour foundation,

Had the most amazing Intensive Skin Treatment yesterday with Neve (I apologise if this is the wrong spelling of your name!). This facial treatment uses Dermalogica products (love!) and includes a massage from the décolletage up and a brow wax. Highly recommend this service to anyone that needs some TLC. Great prices and services on offer - will definitely be back!

The customer service is terrible here. They seem to overbook for the staff they have working there & then can't manage all their appointments properly. They always keep you waiting or tell you to come back in 10 minutes when you have an appointment. There is also not much room for more then 2 customers to be seated in the waiting area so you have to wait outside.

Went in on Sunday 27/10 as a walk in and the lady's there were very quick to help me. The lady who waxed my eye brows did a fantastic job I'm so happy with them thank you! Also seemed like good pricing

Such a good a experience! Got piercings done and they were so lovely and calming and reassured me everything was fine.and did a great job and put the peircings in the perfect world place! I’m super happy with my outcome! I definitely recomend getting your beauty needs done here.they have a clean environment, the staff are really nice and they show that they care that you get the best outcome.the price is also really good for their level of performance! 100% recommend this place and would go back there any time.also my pericing were done by jess with red hair, she was amazing! So amazed by how clear my skin is getting since getting regular facials-friends and family have even noticed as well. Staff are knowledgeable and professional, in particular Cassie. The staff definitely know what they are doing. I have tried everything known to try clear my skin and had no luck until I started getting facials and advice regarding my skin from Cassie. So happy with my results.
