Drove half an hour for this store for it to be closed an hour before it says they’re shut online. Doors were mostly down, tried to call multiple times with no answer when there was clearly a worker still inside. Waste of my time.

Great extensions and matching products to go with it as normal shampoo and conditioner strips the tapes. Lovely lady!

Went in yesterday for manic panic. Two ladys in the store, Neither one looked up or acknowledged a customer had walked in, neither one offered me any help. Older lady at the counter didn't know the prices of the manic panic and had to look it up. When she told me the price i mentioned "wow, you are heaps cheaper than where i normally buy it", she made no attempt to talk to me. Went to apply the colours today to find that one of the reds was obviously so old that it wasn't worth using. It had turned a muddy brown and was so clumpy. The second one had black gritty flecks throughout the bottle and when i emptied the bottle, the inside was actually stained and streaked with black sludge looking stuff. Both went in the bin, not even worth my time going back to try for a refund. I work in customer service and neither of those ladys know anything about customer service.

Very disappointed today I change my review. It says open 6pm and black friday sale. I got there with my mum and another lady who wanted to purchase and the woman working there at 4: 55 blonde older woman complete ly ignored us looked at us and wouldn'tthink beyond that. Very rude. Digusting service would not even talk to us at door to communicate

Love this place, been buying there for 20yrs or more, has everything, always good to bounce things off Margi, always a good experience.
