Beautiful Minds

Didn't like it (coming from a kid) so uncomfortable. Everyone brings their own friends and your just left out. It was actually really boring. I was just messaging my parents asking them if I could leave early.but then the workers said we had to put our phones away. I'm not going to recommend my friends this place but my family and friends already know how bad (on my opinion) It was. I'm sure they've already wrote reviews. Anyways I do not recommend - but you can go have a bad experience if you want:)

My daughter attended the workshop and can’t stop talking about it. She is incredibly excited for the next event in January. The team are awesome too!

My 11 year old daughter attended the Pre- Teen workshop in Brisbane and thoroughly enjoyed it. She learnt new skills, made friends and also had a lot of fun. The team at Beautiful Minds are welcoming, kind and full of positive energy! We will definitely be back for more workshops as she grows. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the Tween workshop. My daughter left inspired, optimistic and so happy, with implementable strategies she fully understands and could recall and immediately and successfully put into practice.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it and came back with new found knowledge as well as with so much happiness:) She told me immediately that she would love to be a Youth leader and help out in the program. She’s since been enrolled as one and will be starting out in a couple of weeks.

Beautiful Minds is perfect for all ages and genders when in regards to school life, mental health, nutrition, confidence and more. I loved coming to their events years ago and having the full experience of their services and wish I was ten years younger as I was never fortunate enough to have this outlet at my pre-teen stage so instead I’ve been volunteering constantly, both leaders and office are an amazing strong family, communicate well and are super welcoming no matter the circumstances you are facing. If you have a son/daughter/niece/nephew or cousin that’s a pre-teen or teen I’d highly recommend encouraging them to attend one of their workshops or retreats.

I first came across Beautiful Minds when I did a pre teen workshop a few years ago, the experience taught me so much about confidence and not being afraid to express myself. A while after my first course Beautiful Minds reached out to me and asked if I would like to try some volunteer work, helping out around the workshops and making all the girls feel comfortable and welcome when they come and do a course. I have since volunteered 4 times and have loved every one. Beautiful Minds is an amazing experience to make new friends and overall just have fun, I highly recommend giving it a go!

My step-daughter did the teen course almost four years ago and found it incredibly beneficial; my 10 year old daughter participated in the newer 'tween' session during the October school holidays and loved it. She experiences anxiety and was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, so a lot for her to take in and adjust to, particularly in the uncertain times of Covid! The course really helped her articulate her concerns and she gained so much in terms of confidence and self-belief. The follow-up material was tailored and will help her better navigate friendships and face her fears. Just wonderful. I am so glad this program is expanding and look forward to experiencing more programs and retreats in the future.

Marina and her team have created a truly wonderful organisation, such a pleasure to be involved with Beautiful Minds and cannot wait to see how it will develop with Beautiful Minds X.

This is an amazing course for young girls that need support to understand their emotions and feeling. My daugther has learnt so much from it and now have the knowledge on how to deal with school conflicts. She had a fantastic day and made a new best friend.

Could not recommend Beautiful Minds highly enough. Marina and her team should be involved in every school throughout the country. All young teen girls need this to support them through their journey in the teenage years. Your daughters don’t need to attend with a friend they just need to go. My daughter came home glowing and full of gratitude and ready to take on anything.

Beautiful Minds has been one of the most amazing experiences I have had the chance to be apart of. The staff are supportive and there to make everyone the best person they can be whilst getting the most out of the experience that can seem confronting. I was lucky enough to attend the retreat and it was a fulfilling experience, I got the chance to learn from profesionals, meet new friends and share my personal struggles and fears. I always felt heard and supported and this led me to return and become a youth leader helping others grow. Overall this program is fun and influential and by far the perfect learning experience for a girl growing up in the world of today.
