IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM ANSWERING THE PHONE.
I have been trying to get an appointment for a new tyre fitting on the Pymble and Chatswood shops and the central phone (13 23 81), but it is impossible to get an answer on the phone. I have been left on the message story for about 1 hour stating that someone will be with me shortly. No one answered the phone ever.

From the initial query to check my tyres to replacing all 4 tyres worn out tyres the experience was great. The young new guy (sorry didn't get his name) was very eager to assist and checked the tread to make sure all needed replacing. The tyres that were recommended we given at a good discount and the overall service of all 3 staff that i dealt with was friendly and helpful. I'll be back (not too soon) :)

I’ve been coming to the Pymble outlet for 30 years and to Beaurepaires generally for 50 years. Not many companies do such a consistently good job. My safety and my family’s safety is in their hands. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Came to them in a bind because I couldn't remove wheel nuts for a flat tire (was rounded off), their technician was able to expertly fix it straight away, and I was happy with the overall service and price that was provided. I will be going to them in the future

Went in without appointment as I had a flat tyre I noticed, not only they attended to me despite being busy and fixed the issue promptly and when I asked for the bill they didn’t even charge me anything. I mean it’s un-heard of in this day and age. Thank you to Jonathan and his team, certainly a nice gesture you guys will surely see me next time.

Was quoted on the phone. Spoke to the salesman at desk when dropping the car off. Buy 3 get one free they said.
Received three new tires and was charged the same price.

Went to this place during an emergency tyre problem, the staffs are so nice and the store manager is totally amazing person in every aspects, lived in the country for decades and this is by far the best tyre repair in Australia

I have always received good advice and attention to detail in service at Beaurepaires for Tyres, Pacific Highway, Pymble, that, 's my reason for continuing to take my business there.

Highly recommended - called ahead to book in a check up on a puncture in my Range Rover. The guys were honest and up front, checked the damage and determined the tyre was salvageable and promptly plugged it for me on the spot. When I went to pay, they refused. Can't get much better than that. They may not have a huge range of tyres in stock due to COVID and supply chain shortages but they will no doubt be able to order tyres in if required. I have been to Beaurepaires at Pymble a few times over the years and have always found the customer service exemplary and the work carried out to be of the highest standard and would recommend anyone in the local area to do the same.

Extremely happy with the service, let my 4 yr old watch the true changes through the window. The wait was a little longer than expected so they repaired the tyre I purchased from them for free because the wait was longer than expected.

Bloke tried to fleece me for an entire new set of tires that weren't needed. Would not recommend going here

How can they justify charging $185 for a dunlop tyre where other trye places has it for $135 fitted, balanced and disposed.it was an emergency situation and they took advantage of this misfortune on a saturday afternoon
