Wife got stuck with car not far from their shop. Couldn't get rim off the hub as it was stuck on (bit of rust). I went in and explained to them the situation, they told me they will send a young guy and give me a hand. Will just need a tap on tyre to pop it off. Was told they will just do it and not worry about payment. They tyre indeed was removed quickly with a tap from a rubber mallet. Turns out however that the trye which was only like 3 months old had torn all along the side of the wall and was still under warranty. I wanted to take wheel and tyre to the original installer for warranty but then Beaurepairs started squeezing me for money although they said they will do it as a good will gesture initially. Wanted a 3 hour call out fee but agreed to only charge me $50 after my protests. Either way, its not the $50 but how they quickly turned around from giving me the best feeling about this business (and putting them on my list as a go to for all 3 of my cars) to being disgusted.
