Beaurepaires Tyre Orange

Huge thanks to Matthew for getting us back on the road again after a flat tyre. He fit us in last minute and replaced valves in all tyres, checked air and the spare for a safe trip home. Thanks mate

Came down from Moree the night before and hit a pot hole so I needed a simple wheel alignment. Big bloke came up to my mate and I and instead of saying sorry we're booked out or asking us what was wrong or just simply recommending what we could do, he just arrogantly kept saying "gotta be up at 8am around here mate you're not getting anything done today". Mind you, the place looked absolutely deserted with maybe one or two jobs in place, but either way I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they couldn't take me in that day.

Mycar Orange was also too busy to take me in but they still listened to what was wrong with my car and recommended I go to another tyre place (they gave me a couple options). I gave them a 5 star review for their service.

JAX Tyres, literally 50 metres down the road, took my car in straight away, no worries at all, gave me great pricing and fixed it straight away. 5 star review for them.

The service I got here at beaurepaires was absolutely awful, at least show some heart or decency when people are going through a stressful time as I was. I'm only giving two stars because at least beaurepaires was open, but with that kind of service, I will always go for Mycar or JAX tyres instead. I truly hope this business improves their customer service.

Glen sorted my car, old model needed a lot of work done.i got quotes from everyone in the area and he was the best priced and best equipped to do the jobs and all parts ready. Had me turned around in a day with what feels like a new car. Very happy. There's even a window tint place in the same building.

My mother brought 4 new tires today and when she picked up the car she noticed they had damaged the bottom seal when jacking the car up.
She asked them about it and they told her it's rust. It's
a 5 year old car, I find that hard to believe. They then yelled and swore at her and intimidated her.
This man went off at a 60 year old lady while two other men just stood back and let him continue.
This is disgraceful. Caution if you use this company.

Very disapointed with Customer service at this branch. We are from Sydney and needed a wheel balance and Wheel swop at 10am on Saturday morning. The workshop was not busy at all but they refused to help and was more interested to close the workshop at 10am and to go home.
