I had a very bad experience where I was blatantly ripped off by them multiple times! They sold me 4 VIP certificates that they never honoured…
I actually reported them to the department of fair trading and then the owner (who owns Kotara, Charlestown and Wallsend) never apologised or anything!

Chris and the Boys are bloody amazing they helped me when I needed it without asking as cent in return and really helps a guy that doesn't know Jack about mechanics know what's happening with his car. Great Job Guys!

After always getting my car serviced at the dealer (in 2 different towns) since I bought it new 6yrs ago, I finally decided to try elsewhere and booked it in for its rego check and service at Goodyear Kotara earlier this month. Troy was excellent to deal with from first phonecall to collection. I dropped my car off about 9.30am and received a text message before lunch stating it was ready to pick up. Fabulous service that took less than half the time that the dealer has always taken! I’d also experienced an annoying little issue with the car a few times over the past 12mths. The service department at the dealership had not been of any real assistance but Troy understood exactly what I was talking about, diagnosed the cause and gave me a very confident and simple explanation AND a solution which was a relief and greatly appreciated. I will definitely be taking my car back to Troy at Goodyear Kotara next time.

I want to thank Goodyear Kotara supervisor on the workshop on duty 16/09/2022 who help me, when I accidently run over my car over a concrete plinth coming out from the car park next door. Without his support, I could not take my car out and really want to thank your support on the day. You guys are amazing and really taking care of people. I would think they look after their customers the same way. Thank you!

Great customer service. Good competitive prices. Ordered a set of Pirelli Powergy Tires for my vf Commodore, the tires arrived next day and were put on same day. Definitely recommend this business.

Been here many times. Had dramas with the wrong size tyres fitted to my car and also my partners car causing them to wear within 10,000km then had a rotation and the wheel nuts were not fully tightened which could of been dangerous. I've been coming here for years and will not be back.

Troy and his team were fantastic to deal with - squeezed me in for a wheel alignment - got it done quickly and spoke with a wealth of knowledge from years of experience in easy to understand terms. No bullcrap excuses - just got it done right first time!

Purchase 4 tyres from Scott a few months ago and he was fantastic with service and knowledge. Today had a full service and pink slip done and Tony was equally fantastic- car ready before time, professional and overall a great experience!

Tried to pressure my wife into a purchase that wasn't really needed when all she wanted was a wheel alignment. They seem to try to upsell on unsuspecting customers. Steer clear, there are many other tyre shops to choose in the area.

Left car on but not running while Changing tires and my car died, packed up and left, said I needed a new battery and didn't even get a meter out, jump started it 7 days ago after I messed up, not the case, chips on my paint I haven t seen before either, don't recommend.

Quick assistance, wasn't able to fix tyre that day but crew assisted in calling other stores (other companies) to aid in our effort!
