The shop is not bad, but the staff was not helpful at all, unfortunately.
Not good customer service. Something that might be improved in the future.
Otherwise, there are a lot of tiles and flooring solutions available in the shop.

Absolutely amazing team at Beaumount tiles. We recently had our bathroom renovated and Rob who assisted us was absolutely god sent!
It was only a small renovation but Rob went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with everything. We never felt rushed and were presented with so many options. The team here is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We would have no hesitation to recommend or use their service again.
All products were of high quality but the amazing service is what we appreciated the most!

As a builder who have worked with the Padstow store for a while I can confidently recommend the team to any individual or company. Service is amazing and some times they buy you coffees!

Purchased tiles for a job and was told that I could return unused unopened boxes for refund only to find out that because I returned item back just after 30 days and they had changed batch I was not able to get refund. Still have a lot more tiles to buy wont be back there, plenty of other tile outlet’s out there. Pity all that money that the company spends on advertising and only to fall flat on their face when it comes to after sales.

Purchased tiles for a job and was told that I could return unused boxed for refund only to find out when I went back for refund that they would not refund as the tiles were a different batch and 30 days had passed since purchase, was not impressed. There are so many other tile companies around all that money they spend on TV commercials what a waist.

Wide variety! Not just tiles, it's your one stop shop for a complete bathroom refit. Taps, baths, tiles, etc and even a trade central for my tiler to get grouts & glues, etc. Super attentive & friendly staff. Will go back for my next tiling needs - for my outdoor room & pool.

She was such a lovely, helpful lady who went out of her way to make things easier for me. An ok selection of tiles that is not complimented by staff who were unwilling to assist above an enquiry at the counter. The staff here are trained order takers and do not go out of there way to assist further than seeing stock and price.

Service was excellent and our order was filled quickly. Thanks to Samantha for her great advice re colour and finishes. We are very happy with how our project looks. Would happily use Beaumont Tiles Padstow again.

My Husband and I are thrilled to bits with our new travertine floor in the Hall, Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry and family room. We bought 48 sqm travertine at Beaumont Tiles Padstow. The staff were wonderful in every way. Patient, well organised and thorough. We in included Hot Wire (underfloor heating) and it all went smoothly. I have built houses in the past and I have always gone for the "warehouse/factory" option thinking that I would save some $$$. What a mistake! The moment we walked into Beaumont Tiles Padstow, Sam took us under her wing and generously offered her assistance, guidance, direction, and her tasteful & stylish touch to every feature. She has spent many many hours with us. We ended up purchasing the tiles for every inch of our house and all bathroom accessories at a better price than the so-called factory I used in the past. AND the products Beaumont offer are much better quality! What a win for us this time! Thank you team Beaumont, especially Sam, for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be doing more business with you in the future!

Beaumont Tiles in Pastow is a must go to if you need any tiles or bathroom accessories. We had very little idea of what we wanted or what was the best for our place. Sam at Beaumont spent hours going through things and samples until we were 100% happy. Which we are!

Thank you to all the team at Beaumont Padstow. Their advice, help and patience was wonderful. Our bathroom is just finished and we are so happy with the tiles, bath, vanity, toilet and all fittings. Padstow branch was recently opened last year when we embarked on our renovation. Maree, Rob and the team were so helpful and understanding. They gave us plenty of help and guidance and went out of their way to meet our needs. We bought all our tiles and all our bathroom products from them. I have to say that their customer service is exemplary and I highly recommend the Padstow branch.

I had been so indecisive about some tiles, but this team was so attentive to my needs which gave me a clear vision of what I was really after. So easy to work with, highly recommend this team.
