Not only did they do a brilliant job, they were very clean, professional, and also personable - we always knew who was coming the next day,
and what the next steps were, in the renovation process. And all done in approx 3 weeks, which I thought was brilliant, given the state of the original bathroom
(and what was "found" when the tiles and plasterboard came down.).

Highly recommend Domenica who provided great service, price and expertise on selecting tiles for our pool area.

A huge thanks to Jeff and Dom for the good job they did with the bathroom renovation.

Purchased tiles from Beaumont Tiles Gregory Hills.
From the moment I walked in with my little ones, I was made to feel welcome. Staff were serving other customers but I was still given a greeting and acknowledged by the nice young man (I did not catch his name).

I had certain tiles in mind which, without the staff’s help, I would’ve chosen wrong. Staff member Domenica is very knowledgable, friendly and understanding of our situation. She helped me understand difference between tiles and was very patient in my indecisiveness at times specially with kids in tow. She was very quick in seeking answers to my questions, provided me with great options and went beyond our expectations.

Communication after purchase, prior to delivery and including delivery day was excellent. Domenica followed up promptly via email and phone call regarding further queries. Delivery man was very friendly as well and carefully placed tiles where we needed them.

We’re very happy with our purchase and experience with Beaumont Tiles Gregory Hills and their excellent customer service - friendliness, patience, knowledge, promptness and accuracy of information provided have been the most highlight.

Daniella was extremely efficient and helpful, from help with tile selection to quoting, ordering, trouble-shooting when the wrong tiles arrived (resolved within the day) to placing an express order when we under-estimated the quantity we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

We did complete bathroom and ensuite renovations, and had worked with the team at Gregory Hills to get exactly the bathrooms we wanted. We might have been a bit painful at times with our selections, but they were helpful in the design and delivered everything we needed on time and on spec.
