Fantastic service. All the staff are awesome. Friendly, happy and really helpful with tile selection. I hate renovating but the Beaumont Coffs staff made it as painless as possible.

I like most people hate going to home improvement shops with half an idea of what you want and dreading the condescending shop assistant making the whole thing seem 10 times more complicated than it is.well imagine the opposite of that and that was my experience at Beaumont Coffs, they have informed, non jargon staff as well as a something for everyone range.

Completing a DIY renovation and approached Beaumont Tiles Coffs for the first time yesterday. Ben on the front desk honestly could not be more helpful. He truly went above and beyond to understand my tiling job and had deep knowledge of the products in stock that I needed. It was so refreshing to see zestful customer service, so much so that I felt obliged to give review. Big store, well stocked, great service. Will be back.

The staff were more than helpful in regards to our bathroom. Ben went above and beyond to answer our questions and helped us out emensly when we had a feature tile after-thought mid way through our Reno. Definitely recommend seeing them for all the "hard to think about" questions you will always have when renovating.

We are in the process of finalising our bathroom. Ben and his team have been awesome from initial chat thru selection to ordering and delivery. Very helpful throughout and some great advice. Shout out to James how did our order and helped with selections, and spotted some selection problems we made and helped fix them. 10 out of 10.
