As of feb 2018 I can confidently say this business has turned around for the better! After some sketchy and questionable actions of a previous manager and team the issues we had with poor delivery and broken product were taken very seriously and resolved quickly with new staff. Considering the new staff was cleaning up someone elses mess it shows a lot about their character and I would highly recommend BT Manly now. Peice of advice from our learnings: dont buy tiles until you know you need them, review policy and if your reno is big estimate its going to take longer than planned. BT was better than the other tile company we used in value and recent service. Good luck!

I would use and recommend Amber Tiles Seaforth over Beaumont Tiles North Manly anyday of the week, based on recent renovation experience with them both. Amber's level of service, proactiveness and sense of 'going above and beyond' were far superior.

I've purchased a few products from them without problems (stocked) items. Even returned a couple of boxes and grout after a few weeks without qualms, again stackable items. Usually also purchased over the phone with out any problems and delivery fee was reasonable. No complaints so far so 5 stars.

It all started pear shape when we chose 115sqm of Elmina White tiles and the sales person (no longer working there, thank god) entered our order as Elmina beige despite having the sample under her nose. We only noticed after the tiles were delivered a week before the tilers were due to start. I contacted Beaumont at 8am and I must commend the helpfulness and efficiency of Georgie who chased stocks and organised shipment from Brisbane. We got our tiles on the Tuesday for the tilers to start ladt Wednesday and finished today, Saturday. Thank you again Georgie for your can do attitude.

Unbelievably bad service. Left us waiting for over two weeks without a bathroom because they couldn't deliver tiles when promised. Do not purchase anything from this company. I didn't want to give them any stars but you have to be able to post review.

Excellent service. So much effort was put into sourcing $12 worth of tiles where other places didn't care so much. Thank you Christine.
