After going to three different tile shops, we finally came to beaumont tiles auburn where were greeted with this friendly team! We had the complete team assist us and we realised that you dont need a designer when you have a team like this help you! We were stunned with the service we received! Nothing beats the service at this shop! They know what they are doing! Would go to them for all future renovations without a doubt!

We had an amazing time with Jason, Jeet Modi, and team at Auburn, Beaumont Tiles. When we walked into their store, they made us feel like we were long-time friends. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.

Even with our young kids, their team made things easy for us. They helped us choose what we wanted for our dream home, so we could focus on that.

Picking out the things for our home was fun and creative. They gave us good advice and made sure our choices matched our house plans. We didn't have to worry about making mistakes.

I don’t do reviews but had to make an exception here. Could not do enough to help match to replace some broken bathroom tiles. This was after visiting 5 other places that were not interested in helping. Highly recommended!

They were good, until.we had a problem and then they were not at all helpful.

We have two bathrooms being renovated. A main bathroom, plus an ensuite. We have gone for matching tiles, WC, shower, vanity, mirrors etc

Except - Beaumont got a little confused and delivered smaller wall tiles for the ensuite. In reality, seems like they got it wrong at the store. We didn't spot it, the bathrrom renovators didnt spot either. As we went through the bathroom renovators account, we didnt get any paperwork that would have highlighted the issue.

We renovated the main bathroom, before starting on the ensuite. So, when we did find the issue, we asked that we could get the matching wall tiles exchanged. Beaumont said no - that the tiles had been delivered more than 30 days ago. So no returns.

So we have bought another $500 of tiles to have matching bathrooms.

There's 10 boxes of smaller tiles in my garage.

So - if you want good customer service - which means after sales service, then look for another store. I would have rated their after sales service less than 1 out of 5 - but that wasn't an option.

Response to HQ - email sent 10 days ago. No response - no followup. Pointless sending an email as they dont help

Tiles for one bathroom are not the same as we ordered. Instead of polished wall tiles, delivered all the tiles with matt/silk finish.
I reached out to the salesperson, but he refused to admit it and insisted that no polished tiles were selected. I asked him to send the signed selection sheet, he provided only the 1st page where the subject tiles were not mentioned. They were on 3rd page, but he refused to provide the signed 3rd page.
Arrogant, rude, disrespectful, blaming their mistakes om customers.

I have just finished a bathroom renovation and have been dealing Talia & Aden from Beaumont Tiles Auburn. They were high energy, positive and did what they said they'd do. This has been one of my better experiences dealing with a retail outlet. Thanks so much Talia & Aden you were both great in helping me with everything.

Jason is a true customer service superstar very friendly knowledgeable a asset to your business.

I’m glad that I choose this store (Auburn) for my tiles selection, initially I thought it might be same as some other store who sells the tiles.but once I started working with Jason in the store I get to know up-to how extent they can go to help the customer to choose the right tiles and not only that, but help me in delivering a tile which I was short of.

They delivered in person by sending the tile with a staff (wonderful lady) and really appreciate their support and customer service.

I recommend this store and Jason for your next tile selection. I have confidence that you won’t regret your decision.

Please go and see Jeet, he is a no fuss type of character and he will look after you. He went above and beyond for me and took me out of the lot of strife. Prices were more than reasonable for Australian made tiles.

We bought some floor and wall tiles. They did have lots of choices to choose. The customer service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with the purchase and definitely will be going here as our preferred tile shop.

I had an awful experience dealing with this store. Firstly, they promised in store that they would deliver up to the apartment. We repeatedly questioned this at the point of sale, and they insisted. Then on the day of delivery, we were told they absolutely would not deliver them into a lift, and they left them at the front of the apartment block for me to move, box by box, by myself.

When we called them to ask what had happend the response was "I'm sorry that you misunderstood" and that it would have been "illegal" for them to deliver them into a lift.

Fine. These things happen.

Then, after we completed the tiling job, we went to return the full, unopened leftover boxes, and we were told that it would cost US $20 to return them.

Do not shop here.

Armed with brilliant product and trade knowledge together with this keen eye for design and patience, Aden has gone over and above to make suggestions, follow-up stock availability to get the right tiles for us.
