Staff is very helpful and they have a huge range of tiles. Finding parking is a bit problematic, though, as it is on a high traffic road.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Andrew at the West Ryde store. I called up more than half a dozen stores to inquire about a bathroom accessory that was out of stock but got little response. Not only was Andrew very responsive but went out of the way to procure the item from another store through a staff member who worked at both stores. He then called me to confirm that i could pick up. The item was exactly what i was looking for, to my relief. Andrew would be an asset for any organization. Well done Andrew and a big thanks indeed!

Rating based on online service and pick up. We're super communicative about delivery. Plenty of easy access parking and polite staff. My only issue is collection is only Monday to Friday 9-4. If you work a 9-5 job M-F you're a bit stuck!

May I say that we love dealing with this store, in addition, with Helen.

So professional and goes above and beyond to make us happy however possible.we would not go anywhere else for any of tiling and bathroom items.

This review is for the showroom in West Ryde. Nice showroom with plenty of tiles to chose from. 5 stars for Gaurav who helped us with our selections.

Just bought tiles for my bathroom and laundry and could not be happier. I am a local so appreciated that I didn't have to drive a long way to get the tiles that I wanted. The staff were genuinely terrific. They were knowledgeable about their products, went out of their way to make sure that I got the tiles as quickly as possible and the customer service and communication around delivery were great.

Dude who attended to me was very helpful! Female attendant literaly waived me off (yep couldnt even say, "hey this person will help you") she then made a VERY loud phone call to tell the world she was interested in a mercedes or land rover car!
To make it clear the four stars are for the helpful dude, not for the pretentious female.

We recently had the misfortune of running short by a couple of feature tiles for our bathroom project. The tile had since been discontinued, which left me ringing around stores and having no luck scrounging up a spare tile or two. That's until I rang Artti from West Ryde store. Artti went out of her way to assist! GO to this store if you enjoy excellent customer service:)!

We recently completed a bathroom renovation. We decided on Beaumont Tiles West Ryde as they offered the best service for us, in budget and what was on offer. We looked at several other stores to compare. We purchased all our tiles, tapware, vanity, mirror cabinet, toilet, and towel racks that we needed for the full renovation. Even when we needed to change things last minute, it was not an issue for them. They were always very responsive and helpful. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend the team.

Never go here. Terrible service, overpriced tiles and they go back on what they tell you. I gave then assistant my room dimensions and ended up with an excess of four boxes of tiles at $70m2 (the exact same tiles were $45m2 elsewhere). Massive delays in the order that slowed down my job. Terrible communications and then when I asked to return the excess tiles (which I have done without an issue at other tile outlets) they refused. I’m just about to do 40m2 of outdoors tiling and I know where I won’t be going - I suggest whoever reads this to avoid this place like the plague.

Not impressed, have to pay high delivery charges and pick-up not an option. Staff not helpful with selecting correct quantities of tiles, and so when you need more you get hit with more delivery charges.

Helen and Arty were very helpful and understanding of the difficulty in choosing the correct tiles for our bathroom. Thank you for all your help.

Visited West Ryde showroom this morning (August 13) to view outdoor tiles for our house currently being constructed. No one on the floor when we arrived, showroom is a mess, range of tiles displayed very limited and generally a very uninspiring place to be. The impression we got was that they did not really care.

Wonderful service, great range and extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help I am so pleased with the outcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed being their customer as a consumer. Great eye for design, conscious of costs and their responsible customer service all the way through to the products being installed is appreciated. Look forward to working with them on our next project.
